Stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill function, (filter) coffee machine, if necessary: Senseo coffee machine, kettle, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery, board, salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, coffee filter, dish towel, small towel, dish soap and other dishwashing and kitchen utensils.

The shared bathroom has a bathtub incl. Shower and is lit by daylight.
In the bathroom, there are two separate holders for toilet paper and spare toilet paper and a separate soap dispenser, so guests can use their own soap dispenser and toilet paper from each room.

In addition to the two towel racks in the bathroom, the two rooms each have their own large towel rack and a large mirror.

Hand and surface disinfection will be provided upon express request.

The shared hallway has a large mirror, wardrobe as well as a cupboard with steam iron and cleaning utensils such as: vacuum cleaner, floor mop, broom, dustpan, various cleaning cloths, and universal cleaners.

The rooms can all be locked individually.

There are therefore room, apartment and front door keys on the keychain.

Medicos auf Schalke is easily accessible by car and bicycle.

If required, lockable accommodation for your own bike can be rented. Rental of a very simple bike including lockable accommodation is also possible on request.

If you have limited mobility, for example, if you need a walking aid and are dependent on public transport, Medicos is best reached by taking the 301 and then the 302. You should be able to reach the Friesenstraße stop on foot and be able to walk the long stairs at the Veltins Arena stop.

If you have limited mobility, the laundry room can be reached by public transport from the Friesenstraße stop one stop further to Marktstraße.

This living room, bedroom (19 m²) has a small kitchenette with fridge, etc. for your own use. The hallway and bathroom are shared with guests of the other living room, bedroom (29 m²). No smoking inside the entire apartment!

Currently, a female person lives in the other room of this apartment. Due to the shared use of the bathroom and hallway, I can only rent this room to female guests until further notice out of consideration for the other tenant.

The house is within easy walking distance to the "Schalke Arena" and Tram lines 301 & 302. It is less than a 5 minute drive from the A2 motorway exit to my home. You can leave my home by bike to reach a network of clearly sign-posted bicycle paths nearby.(** if these are also used for walking - "You can leave my home by bike or on foot to reach a network of clearly sign-posted pathways nearby.")
Only guests staying with me are allowed in my home.
Because I get up early, it is my policy to ask you not to have loud conversations or music after 11pm.
