There are two separate bedrooms, the smaller one has 2 single beds (1x2 meters), the larger one has a double bed with 2 mattresses (0.9x2 meters), there is also a TV. The apartment was small but nicely laid out with a double bed (facing a 50 inch smart TV mounted on the opposite wall) and a desk, chair and wardrobe, a small kitchenette with a combined oven/microwave and dual induction hob, and a bathroom cubicle with a sliding door. Kettle, toaster, washing up liquid, body wash, kitchen paper, salt and pepper and cooking oils all supplied, as well as a tablet for the half sized dishwasher. A small couch or easy chair rather than the supplied cushion/beanbag would have been nice, but this is a very minor complaint. I had no issues with the apartment during my stay. It is located a 5 minute walk from Münster train station, there is a REWE supermarket on the ground floor of the building for anything you may need to feed and cook yourself while you stay. The building is secure, the price is good... Absolutely nothing to put anybody off staying here. "

- "The apartment is on the grounds of a farm, in a quiet area just outside of Münster. There is a functioning and well equipped kitchen.However, some problems made this a mixed experience for us:1. Because of the rural location and the farm animals, there are lots of flies. There was an adhesive fly trap hanging from our ceiling with dozens of dead flies on it. Those traps cost about two Euros each, so it would be nice if they could be replaced before new guests move in.2. On our second day at the property (a Sat) , some of the farm workers started operating a mechanical digger to dig a trench right outside our bedroom at 6.30 am! Would have been nice if they could have waited until at least 8.00am.3. There was one of those large plastic toy tractors, visibly old and battered, standing around in the yard. One day my five-year old son sat on it, and he was almost immediately told off by the landlord. Not a great mark of hospitality.4. Finally, when I book a holiday rental online and pay in advance, I presume the price is all-inclusive unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the booking portal. Instead, the landlady insisted that we pay an extra 4.5% charge during checkout, which she claimed was a city tax that had nowhere previously been disclosed. "

- "Where to start... I'll start with the postive. This accommodation was clean and provided nearly everything you could need, unfortunately thats the only positive I can find. We only booked to stay here because our first choice hotel (that we have stayed in previously) was fully booked but we chose this one as the location was good for our needs and it had parking. This is an unmaned accommodation with no reception so you can only communicate via email or telephone should you need which was not made clear on the booking site. There was renovation work going on during our stay which again we were not informed of before arriving. This building work caused issues with parking as there was skips taking up some of the parking spaces and most nights when we arrived back at the accommodation we were unable to park, on these occasions we had to park on the grass verge. Entry to the accommodation block and rooms is via a key code that you are sent on the day of arrival not 24 hours before as stated on the booking confirmation. The blocks are very noisy especially when people are coming and going. There is no aircon in the rooms so when we stayed it was uncomfortably warm and we had to keep our window open which meant we were woken early by poeple walking pased our window and a noisy dog that wanted to let eveyone know he was there. This property just didn't meet our expectations."

Due to the narrow spiral staircase and room height, the place is not so suitable for large , strong people. Large suitcases can not be taken into the room. For people with severe fear of heights, the space-saving staircase may be a problem.

My house is an ecologically oriented wooden house with a cozy garden. The room and bathroom are on the first floor. The house is located about 10 km from the center of Münster in the district of Wolbeck, which has a good infrastructure, i.e. the shopping facilities are within walking distance. There is a good bus connection to the city center (stop 6 minutes away), but it is also very easy to reach by bike via a bike path. I look forward to your visit.

Dear interested parties, Due to the coronavirus, access to the kitchen is quite limited, as personal contact between guests and hosts should be avoided according to Airbnb, so exact arrangements are necessary. For this reason, I am currently not currently not allowing the large living room to be used jointly. Using one of the terraces is not a problem.

I live in the house where the guest room is located. Depending on the situation, my adult children are visiting or I am alone or with friends or at my workplace at irregular times. We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.

The space
The apartment is located under the roof on the 2nd floor. Access is not barrier-free. There is a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom, or a living area with a 1.4 m bed. The living area is equipped with a TV and dining table. Next to the bed there is a wardrobe where clothes can be stored.
