We are only a few minutes from the airport, and only 10 to 15 minutes from the city center.

The space
In the neighboorhood there are a few shops/supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. There is a busstop at 4 minutes, with direct links to the airport as well as the city center. We live in a quiet residential neighboorhood. We ask you to please keep the noise down, especially early in the morning and late at night, and not to disturb the neighbors.

We don't rent out our house. We rent out a room in our home. You have a 20m2 room all for yourself, which you enter through the shared hallway where you can also find the shared wc. The rest of the house is our private living space. We expect you to respect our privacy, as we will respect yours.

Check in is after 5 pm. Usually it is possible to leave your luggage here earlier in the day, ask us if you want that.

During your stay
We (my wife and I) live in this house. We respect your privacy, and ask you to respect ours. As we both have jobs with irregular hours, you will probably hear us leaving the house early, or coming home late. We try to be as quiet as possible, and hope that you will do the same when entering or leaving the house.

Please note that you only have use of a wc and a sink, and NO shower.
Smoking is prohibited in our house, and on the street in front of our house. If you smoke, you can go into the nearby park (50 meters).

An electronically adjustable double bed can change your position with an easy to operate remote on both sides of the bed to enjoy a good nights sleep. Adjoining is a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave oven. A coffee machine and kettle is provided and the kitchenette is fully stocked with all essentials for hot and cold beverages along with essential cutlery. Disinfectant and cleaning products to sanitise are provided in this space. A digital safety box is installed to keep all your personal belongings along with a fire extinguisher. Situated on the first floor is a private guest shower room, shower gel and shampoo along with an essential toiletry drawer is for guests use. A private guest toilet is also situated on the first floor.

We are decorating this property with a lot of energy and love. The garden room, about 12m2, is located between the roof terrace and bathroom. During your stay
I live in this house since about 15 years. Normally when I'm at home, my lovely girlfriend Christine also will be at my place. When I'm not at home I will be at her place about 30 km from my house. You can always reach us and in case of emergency we will be there within an hour.
Because we like to welcome our guests personally, we will try to be at home when you arrive as much as possible. In case we won't be there we leave a key in a safe in front of the house.
Sometimes we have a lot of contact with our guests; of course this is not a must. In practice the contacts with our guests go quite automatically. We respect your privacy and in our experience guests also respect ours.
We'll be happy to give you information about the neighborhood, places to visit, to eat, to go out, public transport or any question that pops up for you; in all cases we like to help you in the good direction and like to make your stay warm and pleasant.

Other things to note
Tourist tax is 3.50 euros per person per day. This still needs to be paid separately. If we do this through Airbnb, there would be another 20 percent service fee.

Our home is 17min by bus from the airport and 15 min to/from the city center by bus. Easily accessible by car. It is a 5min walk from the bus stop with a bus departing every 10min to the station and airport.

Just a secret tiny house in the middle of the city, I often hear my guests say. The view of the garden, waking up with chirping birds, offers an oasis of peace in the, within walking distance, lively city. Shops, museums, restaurants, the industrial and cultural NRE site and trendy Strijp S, all facilities within easy reach. You will find a lot of greenery in the park with many exotic trees. The supermarket is around the corner and 500 meters away, entertainment area "De Bergen" with many top restaurants. The place to be!

The studio is separate from the house, so the entrance is completely private.
The space is modern and spacious. The double bed with real down duvets can be extended to 2 single beds.
The bathroom is also equipped with all comforts with (of course) a toilet, hand shower and a rain shower. Clean towels are of course provided.
The kitchenette (without stove) has a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, various free coffee and tea, refrigerator, microwave, sink, crockery and cutlery. Clean kitchen linen available.
In the nice sitting area, you can have a bite to eat or work. WiFi is available, and with various pillows, you can nestle in nicely. There is plenty of (dim) lighting, so you can create your own atmosphere.

The garden may be used. We often sit there ourselves in the evening and enjoy it if you join us for a drink.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment, located near the bustling Strijp S district, one of the most popular and dynamic neighborhoods of the city! This apartment is located in a beautiful building and has a bright, spacious atmosphere that immediately gives you the feeling of relaxation. It's the perfect getaway for both a vacation and a business stay.
You will be here in walking distance to the city center and the iconic Clock Building. ASML is easy to reach.

The space
The apartment has a spacious living room with lots of windows and natural light which creates a loft feeling. The open kitchen and stairs contribute to this. The kitchen is complete and equipped with every comfort and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a toilet and a nice shower. The bedroom is very large and equipped with a beamed ceiling for extra atmosphere. The sofa in the living room is lovely and can also be used by an extra guest, it is easy to unfold to a full sleeping place. Enjoy the view as you sit in the wide window sills with warm pillows.
The roller blinds provide additional privacy and stop daylight, while the curtains provide the laid back atmosphere.

The day before arrival, guests will receive clear instructions and a code for the key box at the main entrance.

- Parking is available directly in front of the door, with partly paid parking options. As a result, you will always have easy access to your car during your stay. Perfect for guests wanting to explore the city and surrounding area by own transport!

- You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the building. This can also be used by other guests. Use required change.

Bedroom with a view (55 meters high) with a comfortable double bed. The apartment has a loggia with a view of the center and PSV stadium.

Located in the Strijp-s district. Nice industrial area with nice shops and restaurants.

The city center is within walking distance (~10 minutes) and the bus stop is in front of the house, so easy to travel to the city center and train station.

The owner couple also lives in the house. we rent our spare bedroom. The bath, toilet and kitchen are shared spaces

We welcome you in our former bakery, located on Strijp S. The guest suite is behind the house, with private entrance from the garden. Located in the Dutch Design district Strijp S and Strijp R in a quiet location close to the Philips de Jonghpark.
