In "Het Tuinhuis" you are completely self-sufficient with WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. The most beautiful cycling routes are right at the door, nothing stands in the way of an active weekend.

The space
"Het Tuinhuis" is a cozy vacation home with its own entrance, private bathroom and private kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (free coffee and tea) to make it to your liking. "Het Tuinhuis" is located in our quiet, natural backyard.

The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Cleaning supplies are provided. For longer stays, we are happy to visit once every 2 weeks for cleaning + changing bedding. If there are things missing, please let me know!

"Het Tuinhuis" is located in our backyard where we sometimes enjoy our free time. Use our garden as if it were your own. There is a canopy with a lounge sofa and a table with 6 chairs and a bench. In the summer, we like to light the BBQ - will you join us?

In our garden, we have a chicken coop with 4 bantam chickens that like to be fed. We love to share fresh eggs with our guests. Furthermore, our 2 cats also walk through the garden and like to be petted. Of course, you don't have to!

We have a beautiful private guest house surrounded by nature, only 15 minutes by bike from the center of Enschede or the University of Twente. The house is equipped with every comfort, with a private shower, toilet and studio with spacious Auping bed (210x180), dining table and well-equipped kitchen.

HOUSE RULES

In order to create a pleasant stay for you, the following house rules apply.

* Respect for the neighbors
Studio Aan de Kottendijk is located in the vicinity of residential houses. We kindly ask you not to cause a nuisance. We also ask you to consider other people in the house in the studio.

* Sound
Friendly request to refrain from loudness in the studio you rented. All music – and any other sound – in what way must be produced to be tuned to room strength, so that there is no noise nuisance for local residents, this is forbidden from evening 10 pm to 7 am. We especially ask you not to play loud music and think about slamming doors.

* Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke in and outside the studio or in the vicinity of the studio. Upon discovery, you must leave the studio immediately. Additionally, a cleaning fee of €250 will be charged if smoking inside. Even when you have checked out.

* Alcohol and (soft) drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited so please enjoy but drink sparingly. It is prohibited at Studio aan de Kottendijk to possess, use and/or trade (soft) drugs. Upon discovery, you have to leave the studio immediately.

* Candles
It is not allowed to light candles due to fire safety.

* Maximum occupancy rooms
We have access to one studio. The studio is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. In case of violation of the maximum occupancy, we ask you to leave the studio.

* Visitors
It's not allowed to host unregistered guests in the studio. If other guests are found in the studio, we will immediately ask you to leave the studio.

* Damage
Studio Aan de Kottendijk is in no way liable for any kind of damage, loss or theft that you experience during your stay at Studio Aan de Kottendijk. Should damage be caused to the accommodation or its design during your stay, kindly request to let us know. We will charge you for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs to replace the materials.

* Check-in
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. If available, you can check in earlier. If you arrive later than 7 p.m., please let us know in advance.
Please indicate approximately one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. For example, someone is definitely present and you don't have to wait unnecessarily.

* Check-out
Check-out is until 11am on your departure day.

* Key management
Upon arrival you will receive one key intended for your stay. You must take care of locking the doors of the studio and for removing the lighting. When you check out please return the key to us.

* Loss of key
In case of loss of key, we will charge €50.00.

* Bed linen and towels
For a longer stay (longer than a week), the towels and bed linen will be changed to your liking.

* Safeguards hygiene
It is not allowed to sleep the beds in the rooms and/or studio without sheets and scraps. In case that there are non removable stains in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and throw pillows or towels during the overnight stay, we will charge you for the cleaning costs and/or costs incurred as a replacement of the materials.

* Prices Prices
include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen towels and use of coffee and tea. You can also use TV and WiFi for free. In the unexpected event that the service services such as TV and whether Wi-Fi do not function properly or do not function properly during the stay at Studio Aan de Kottendijk, this does not entitle you to a refund of the whole or part of the room price due.

*Parking
The car can be parked for free at Boddenkampsingel, at the height of the Kottendijk it is about a 3-5 minute walk to the studio.

Parking in front of the studio is available but paid at the hours below.

Thursday: 09:00 – 21:00
Sunday: 13:00 – 19:00

Parking near Studio Aan de Kottendijk is at your own risk. We are not liable for theft and/or any kind of damage.

* Pets

* Internet
We offer a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are of an unlawful nature or that do not conform to the reputation of Studio Aan de Kottendijk as a provider of the accommodation. In case of detection or suspicion of nuisance by third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, we have the right to block or not completely access to the internet without further notice.

You stay in a beautifully converted monumental school from 1913. The building is located in a quiet and characteristic district, between the campus of the University of Twente and the lively center of Enschede.

Within a short walking distance are a number of parks and the outdoor area where you can enjoy cycling and cycling.

The self-contained guesthouse is ideal for use for longer periods due to the extensive amenities and the high discounts from 1 week stay.

B&B Chawe is in a good location in Enschede north. It is located in a characteristic building with its own driveway. The B&B is a double apartment of over 25m2 with a dining area, a comfortable sitting area and a box-spring bed that consists of two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with a fine rain shower, central exhaust, floor and design heating. A mirror with mirror heater, free hanging toilet and wash basin with possible use of hair dryer

The space
In addition, you can use our towels without obligation. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. There is also air conditioning available. Free WIFI
