Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. On the beautiful plot of one hectare, on the border of Hengelo and Delden, is this comfortable guesthouse. Outside on private property, there is a food forest and vegetable garden, lovely animals and several seats where you can enjoy in complete privacy. Inside, there is a nice bed, fast internet, magazines and television with many channels. A perfect base for hiking and biking and close to beautiful Twickel!

The space
The guest accommodation is a nice, new, clean and bright space. It is a living/bedroom, a bathroom and a small extra space where the fridge and coffee and tea supplies are.
In addition to these areas, which are completely and only for guests, there is a fully equipped utility room. We as hosts hardly use this utility room when there are guests. Only our own washing machine is there and we pass the utility room when we go in or out of our property.
The guest house is located in the extension of the landlords' house (two adults).

Guest access
The guesthouse is for guests only and has its own entrance.
In the garden, there are a number of seats that are only for the guests of the guesthouse. Further along the plot are more seats, which are also used by visitors to the resting point for hikers and cyclists.

Other things to note
We have a nice large and green plot that offers many advantages and has great ecological value, but we are also close to a highway. Depending on the wind and weather conditions, you can hear it to a greater or lesser extent when you are outside.
Because of a high (sound) wall with trees, you cannot see the road.

Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can of course prepare breakfast yourself.

There are two simple bicycles available that you can use for a small fee. Please let us know in advance if you want this, and we will make sure the bikes are ready to go!

On our driveway and parking lots, the necessary (weeds) always grow between the stones. We do not use pesticides and remove the worst by hand or with a burner.
In general, imagine a natural environment that is certainly well cared for but not very tidy.
