The Apartment Surf is located on the ground floor of the Strandhaus Variety and has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Here is a great piano for piano lovers, which may be used by experts. Adjacent to the living area there is a covered spacious loggia, which is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. In the shelter, surf and kite materials can be left to dry. But bicycles also find space for the tenants of the apartment surf on the ground. A small fenced garden offers the tenants and children on the ground floor 'surf' a small own kingdom.

Strandhaus Variety - Fehmarn
Kiting, surfing, fishing, swimming, sauna, sunbathing, barbequing, cycling, skating, playing, trampoline jumping, walking, hiking, rowing, relax, experience and much more - all this is possible in our beach house "diversity" with two apartments and an upscale apartment.

Quietly located on a residential road in the north of Puttgarden in the first row to the Baltic Sea (400 m) and near the NSG "Grüner Brink" it offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday.

The house was thoroughly renovated by us in 2014 and 2018 and designed with our own ideas. Sauna and sports room with shower for free use and utility room with washer and dryer and a large freezer are centrally located in the homely cellar.

Larger families or groups have the opportunity to rent the whole house if available and thus to offer 10-13 people a wonderful holiday.

The completed apartment "surf" for 4-5 persons is located on the ground floor with about 80 m2 + 150 m2 south garden + 24 m2 partly covered and sheltered terrace. All rooms are bright with their generous windows and give a cozy warmth through the high-quality floors in wood plank look.

The apartment has a spacious living room with semi-open kitchen. The bathroom has black tile floors and the walls are tiled white. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. Also suitable for allergic mattresses, comforters and pillows.

On the partially covered terrace is 1 garden table with 4 armchairs and a Weber electric grill. The coal fireplace grill in the extra community garden in front of the house can of course be used.

Dogs are allowed on request in the app. Surf for a fee of 5 € per day. Fighting dogs, however, have no access!

In the living room, you have plenty of space to make yourself comfortable and enjoy your time. The large dining table is perfect to eat something delicious together and also to play together while watching the sea from the windows. In addition, the small and cozy sofa bed is also waiting for you to make yourself comfortable during the day and night.

- "Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet; Sitz- und Schlafmöglichkeiten äußerst bequem; Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe etc. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden (2. Bratpfanne wäre schön). Bei Bezug haben wir die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Für uns als Allergiker war nicht feststellbar, dass auch Haustiere in der Wohnung erlaubt sind. Kleinere technische Pannen, die wir mitgeteilt haben, wurden sofort am nächsten Tag behoben. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern. The apartment "Burgtiefe" is located in the idyllic village of Bannesdorf in the east of the island and offers about 50 m² a spacious living and dining room with sofa bed and TV, 2 double bedrooms (SZ1 with double bed, SZ2 - 2 single beds), a shower room and a well-equipped kitchen.

The communal garden behind the house has a cozy barbecue area and a cute "shooting weather" cottage as well as a large playground and sunbathing area.

The space
The apartment with about 45sqm is located in the attic and is fully furnished for up to 2 people. It has 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 shower room, a living room with kitchenette and dining area and sitting area.

Guest access
You have your own garden access with seating and barbecue area.

Other things to note
The tourist tax of 1,– €/day p.p. in the low season and €2/day p.p. in the peak season (mid May to mid-September) we will have to charge each guest over 18 years old and forward these fees to the city of Fehmarn.

A laundry package with towels and bed linen can be provided for €12/p.p. This includes: bed sheet, pillowcase and blanket cover, a bath sheet, two normal and a small towel. Please let me know if you need a laundry package. Billing is straightforward on site.

On Fehmarn in the district of Neue Tiefe: The tasteful 3-room apartment on the upper ground floor offers space for up to 4 people on approx. 43 m².

In keeping with the name poppy flower, the apartment has been furnished with red color elements. The cozy living room with Récamiere couch and dining area invite you to linger. The separate fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer combination as well as dishwasher allows a pleasant self-catering. At night, two bedrooms - one with double bed (160x190 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm each) are at your disposal. The brightly tiled shower room completes the offer.

For the younger guests, a children's travel cot as well as a high chair are available free of charge on request.

A car parking space is reserved for you. Electricity charging is not permitted. Wifi is included.
