We offer a room in our apartment in the historic old town of Wismar. Guests have their own toilet, the shared bathroom can be used for showering. Shared use of our kitchen is limited to making coffee or tea. Bicycles can be safely stored in the courtyard. The train and bus station are only 300 m away. Market place, harbor, restaurants, cafés, bars and are within walking distance. Animal lovers are particularly welcome.

The KAFFETIET hostel is located in the Old Town ring, next to the Holy Spirit Church, founded in 1250 as a hospital with almshouse and a hospital. A visit is highly recommended, especially for the fresco dating from the early 14th century and the beautifully painted baroque wooden ceiling.
The other Gothic churches, the World Heritage House, and the imposing market square with its stately gabled houses, as well as the harbor, are also within a few minutes' walk.

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in a typical red brinker house, which was built around 1900 directly in the old town of Wismar. The market square as well as the center and public transport connections are within walking distance. It's also just a few steps to the harbor.

Located on the 1st floor, the property offers a large room divided into 3 areas. First, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bar counter in the apartment where you can enjoy your breakfast or homemade food.

The bedroom area offers a large bed (160x200cm) with reading light for two people and direct view of the TV. TV is also easily possible from the living room, where there are two comfortable armchairs, without any problems. The bathroom is equipped with a large flat bath (100x100cm) and a rain shower.
