Our house is located directly next to a small forest in a quiet area. The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of our house and is 70 sqm in size. It has three rooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Upon request, the single beds can also be arranged as double beds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee filter machine and dishwasher. The bathroom with shower and toilet was renovated in June 2017. A terrace with a large awning invites you to sunbathe. You can relax by the small pond, in the barbecue area with pavilion, or by the campfire. For children, there is a play lawn with a large slide, swing and sandbox. Toys for indoors and outdoors are available. The holiday apartment is also ideal for workers. In Alt Ruppin, about 2 km away, you will find the nearest swimming spot as well as a bicycle and boat rental. Shopping facilities such as bakeries, supermarkets and butchers are nearby. The lake- and forest-rich surroundings offer numerous opportunities for canoeing, cycling and horse riding. Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment. Like an island, our property (an extension) is located between two villages in a beautiful, quiet location. Many seating options on the large property invite you to linger and relax.
You feel far away and yet very close to the edge of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its many lakes, beautiful landscape and various recreational opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be from May to September.

The space
Our house was completed in 2004 in the original style and in the house we used almost exclusively clay and wood. This gives the apartment a special character and is still quite modern. The apartment is designed for two people and is perfectly suitable for this, if necessary you could also sleep separately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any options for a third person, even if they are still very small.

By car, you can quickly reach the city of Rheinsberg (12 km). There is plenty of culture, restaurants, boat tours and the best shopping in the surrounding area.
The area is wonderfully suitable for cycling, and the nearby Regional Express RE5 offers many opportunities for excursions to the surrounding area.

If you want to arrive by bike and train, there are two options available:
With the RE5 to Gransee, good shopping, about 16 km to our apartment.
With the RB54 to Lindow (Mark), there is a NETTO, about 9 km to our apartment.

For visitors without a car, it's important to know that public transport is not very comfortable. On request and by arrangement, we can gladly organize a shuttle from Gransee, Lindow or Rheinsberg train stations or a trip for the necessary shopping.
Rental bikes are available on site. In Lindow, Rheinsberg and Gransee there are also bicycle rentals.
