It has a big living & sleeping area that can be shared with curtains. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. It was lovingly renovated by us. It can be coupled with a second apartment if you want to accommodate 8 people. The apartment has its own access. The bike path to Burg runs right in front of the door. There's also a bike mechanic in the house that's on the side. Bicycles are safely stored in your own garage.

A total of 4 people can comfortably stay in the 150 sqm apartment. Additional stocking is possible for an additional charge.

Guest access
Guests will receive the access code for the key safe, which is attached to the entrance gate, shortly before arrival. This allows guests to check in and out without contacting the landlord.
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 4 PM. Possibly even earlier if the place was not occupied.
Check-out can be handled stress-free until 1 pm.

Other things to note
A small selection of drinks can be purchased at the property. Salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil, toilet paper, towels and bed linens are part of the basic equipment. Washing machine and dryer use are possible on request. A rotary clothes dryer is in the garden, and a laundry corner is in the accommodation.

Equipped with a complete kitchen, comfortable bed (queen) and convertible sleeping sofa (double), a spacious bath and terrace, the studio invites you to spend lovely days in central Cottbus. It is ideal for two persons or a couple with baby or toddler . We have special provisions for kids on request such as cot or high chair.

The space
The studio is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building. The studio faces east towards the inner courtyard of the house and thus offers a lot of peace and quietude in addition to the morning sun on the terrace.

For sleeping, there is a box spring bed for 2 persons with a medium-firm mattress of 160 cm in width. For accompanying children, there is also a fold-out sofa bed with a width of 140 cm or an additional cot. The sofa bed has occasionally been described by guests as not very comfortable, so it is only recommended for children.

The kitchen area offers a dining table with up to four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, pots, pans, and cutlery are of course also provided.

There is another small table with two chairs on the small terrace, which looks out onto a leafy underground garage roof.

The bathroom is simple and equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and wardrobe in the small entrance hall.

Guest access
The small studio is completely at the guests' disposal. There is also the possibility to park bicycles behind a locked gate or in a bicycle cellar. Free and unlimited parking is available 120 meters away. In front of the house, you can park for up to 2 hours free of charge with a parking meter, which is very practical for unloading. From Cottbus main station it is a 10-15 minute walk to the flat.
