It has a spacious kitchen-living room with flat screen TV on the ground floor.
The open and comfortable built-in kitchen offers you a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
In addition, on the ground floor you will find a light and modern bathroom with shower, WC and sink.
Via a staircase you reach the bedroom with a cozy double bed(160 x 200), due to the structural conditions, the attic has only a ceiling height of 190 cm.

A simple accommodation 2 km from the North Sea invites you to linger. The guest room is on the second floor with a green view. Sunbathing is possible in this garden. You are welcome alone or as a couple for one night as well as for several. There is a tendency towards a vegetarian breakfast. A very friendly cat lady named Aurelia lives in our household. There is a storage or parking facility for bicycles or cars.

Your room has a double bed, 2 armchairs to relax, TV, table, clothes rack with shelves and typical coastal frills. The shower room was completely renovated last winter. In your breakfast kitchen, you can have a cozy breakfast - self-prepared or served.
Guest access
You can arrive any time of the day after booking confirmation. The key is ready for you in the key safe. I will be happy to provide you with the code and location before your arrival.
Your arrival is individually possible at any time. You will receive the key safe code in good time before your arrival.
