Room of about 12 m2 in quiet area 1 km from Kolding city center, 1.5 km from the train station and 4 km from the beach.
The room is located in an extension to the house, so there is a private entrance.
There are two single beds, a table with two bar stools, shelf and a small closet.
Shared shower and toilet in the same building as the room, but you have to go outside to get there.
Access to enclosed courtyard.
Not suitable for people with fur allergies as I have a cat and dog.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside. Guests not allowed.

Experience living in the oldest townhouse (from about 1630) in the middle of the pedestrian street and in historic Kolding overlooking the idyllic little public green garden and with a wide range of delicious restaurants and bars within 100 meters. Close to Koldinghus, Slotssøen, swimming pool and easy access to Trapholt, Kolding Marina and other sights of the city. The townhouse is set back from Kolding's oldest pedestrian street with a quiet and peaceful private outdoor area to enjoy the morning coffee and afternoon sun.

The space
Stay in the center of the action in this one-of-a-kind place. The house is on 3 floors, of which the guest apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. Room 1 also has a desk and daybed, and room 2 has a desk and sofa area. Free WiFi. In addition, there is a small dining area with seating for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and electric kettle for free organic coffee/tea. The house's large shared bathroom is on the 2nd floor.

Your free and organic morning plate will be ready at the agreed time or in the fridge when you wake up, and consists of 1 sourdough bun, 1 slice of sourdough rye bread, cheese, homemade jam and seasonal vegetables as well as a glass of vegetable smoothie (if desired) otherwise regular juice and freshly ground coffee or tea.

It is possible to wash/dry for a minimum of 5 days stay and for a fee of 40DKK/40 gr. and 60DKK/60 gr. and not self-service.

It is possible to use the house kitchen for a minimum of 5 days stay and with an extra electricity fee. However, without the use of the host's food.

We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

The house has its own kitchen, where cooking is possible. There is a loft above the kitchen which can be used to sleep in. In addition to that, there is the possibility for two people to sleep in the living room.

Welcome to the old bakery!

This is a possibility to try living in a unique building from 1886, that used to be an old bakery. The building is carefully renovated with the front of the oven preserved.

The building is placed only a 5 minutes walk from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the castle Koldinghus. And only 12 minutes walk from the railway station.

The space
On the ground floor you'll find a small tea kitchen with a refrigiator, a sink, a microwave and a kettle for making breakfast and lunch (Sorry, it is not possible to cook larger meals !). Additionally there is a living room with a dinner table for four people, and a bed (140 x 200 cm) placed inside the old oven.

On the first floor you'll find another bedroom (140 x 200 cm), a tv with chromecast, radio, and a toilet with shower.
There is no door between ground floor and first flor, only connected by the open staircase

Guest access
The building is placed in the garden of an old city house, and has a private entrance. Besides it has a private and cozy courtyard.
