In the Skibhus neighborhood, you'll stay centrally but with a provincial vibe. With only 400 meters to the train station and 500 meters to the city center you can get around on foot to most things.
Hans Christian Andersen's House is just 8 minutes away on foot and is definitely worth a visit.
A few hundred meters from the apartment you will find Pharmacy, clothing stores, music store, bikesmith, sports shop, etc. So you won't be missing anything.

Classic older apartment with wooden floors, reasonably high ceilings in a high ground floor apartment. The room faces the courtyard where it is quiet, but as it is close to the railway, the train can be heard once in a while.
I myself use the second room in the apartment.

There is access to the toilet and bath as well as a kitchen, which is shared with host. All utensils in the kitchen can be used, and this includes an oven, fridge and blender, as well as service.

The annex is completely private and located at the back of a cozy courtyard. You have the opportunity for privacy, but 2 others live here in the property.
There is a small entrance hall, a living room/bedroom and a small bathroom. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Major cooking is not allowed.
There is a large 3/4 bed and a good workspace.
You are welcome to use the backyard. Suitable for children, enclosed courtyard.

This is a really cozy room in an annex in a nice neighborhood.
Cozy enclosed courtyard garden environment with garden furniture. You can use the back ones. There is a private entrance, so you can be yourself if you want. The room is suitable for one, maybe two people.

Sorry, there is only 1 hour parking in the area until 6 pm (Saturday) and 8 pm on weekdays. Sunday is a day off. I no longer have a guest card. You can borrow a bike from me.

In our townhouse on the 1st and 2nd floor are our cozy and spacious rooms. We've chosen comfy mattresses and linens in a delicious quality-so you can sleep well. There is free WIFI and 32” TV in all rooms, and you can choose from over 100 channels. Shared kitchen on the 1st floor.

Private small house with big bedroom own bathroom and kitchen. The location is in the absolute center of the City and in the area where H. C. Andersen was born. Just outside the door is a small square where you twice a week will find a markedplace. Pubs, restaurants, cafe's, casino and concerthall are located within 100 meters distance. You Can easily walk to the trainstation in less than 10 min.

You can walk or bike through Fruensbøge forest along Odense river to either Odense Zoo or the approximately 3 km to Odense city center. Good public transport options and it is easy to get on the highway at Odense S.

AvalonBnB is located in a proprietary farm (a mini manor house) from 1913 that is beautifully refurbished and accommodates BnB, party room, and class facilities. The property is close to the highway and shopping opportunities and just 8 minutes from Odense city center.
There are many hiking opportunities in the area, including walking/biking path along Odense river all the way into the city center.

Guests usually have access to a large kitchen with room for many to cook at the same time, the lotus hall (200 m2) with table tennis, the dining hall (70 m2) as well as a partially covered terrace where you can barbecue.
If you want to do yoga, dance, or the like, the beautiful hall is extremely suitable for that.
The hall can sometimes be booked for courses etc.

The space
The annex is refurbished and a total of 24m2 spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a private entrance where you enter the combined entrance/kitchenette. From here you enter the combined living room/room, where there is a sofa/bench, which also serves as 2 sleeping places. They measure :

In addition, small office space, exit to wooden terrace, fridge, microwave and stairs to above the floor.
You may use the wooden terrace, unfortunately not the trampoline.
On the top floor there is a double bed, TV and closet/closet space.

The bathroom is located separately in the property, 5 meters from the annex.
