This accommodation is privately located on the outskirts of the village - but still close to both the beach, the sea and services such as a grocery store, Vejbybadet, restaurants and libraries. In addition, a really good starting point for excursions, for example to Ven, Hallands Väderö, Denmark, one of Sweden's largest shopping centers - Väla center, the forest by the Västersjö area, Båstad, Torekov and the Kulla Peninsula.

The accommodation consists of a hall, kitchenette, toilet with shower and a combined living room/bedroom with dining area, storage areas, TV screen (incl. Apple TV) as well as sofa that is easily made up into a double bed for two people. Furthermore, there is a bunk bed that consists of a real box spring bed, 120 cm wide, in the lower bed, while the upper bed consists of a hefty foam mattress, 90 cm wide. There is also a fold-up children's travel bed for small children. In addition to this, a furnished deck is also included as well as a barbecue in a cozy and private location, as well as a patio with simpler decor. The place is extra well suited for you as a couple or the small family.
We recommend a maximum of four people in the cottage, but five (of which some suitable children) can be fine if you are comfortable with it. Total indoor area is about 28 m2, terrace plus other outdoor area about 25 m2 and the conservatory about 6 m2).
As a guest, you have access to everything that can be seen in the pictures, as well as two simpler bikes. There are dining chairs for both the small child and for the preschool child.
There is also parking for one car.

Here it is close to everything you could possibly need for a successful vacation such as sea, swimming, shops, restaurants, outdoor life, culture and playgrounds etc. Access to a car is not a requirement to get around but there is a driveway to park it on and a charging station to rent to charge the electric car.
Mölle and Kullaberg are located within the municipality with their wonderful nature. Culture you will also find, especially during the summer when some extra galleries are open. Around Easter, the construction is on, then you can visit local artists and their Ateljér.

In the living room, there is a daybed with sturdy sofa pillows to sit comfortably, it can be made out into a double bed (80+80cm= 160cm. wide). Blackout curtains are provided for all windows. At the other end of the room there is a kitchen area for the possibility to cook on hot plates and in a microwave. Dining table with 4 chairs available. If you need high chairs, please let us know in advance.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need and combined washing machine and dryer.

The bedroom, which also has blackout curtains at all windows and a glass door, accommodates two 90 cm beds that are put together, for a 180 cm wide bed. There is space to store a bag and clothes, as well as a small desk in the secretarial, for those who want a workspace and door to close. Air heat pump/AC is in the bedroom.

Balcony door with full glass facing the patio is in the bedroom and on the patio in the south-facing position, you and your travel companions can sit and enjoy the sun or enjoy a meal in the garden.
By the patio, there is a barbecue available for you.
If it's in season, you definitely have to pick some grapes in the greenhouse that is next door to the guesthouse.

We have just finished the renovation so if anything is missing or desired, let us know, we will do what we can to make you and your company feel comfortable.

Do you need anything for/for the kids? Some things are always available, others are picked up upon request, for a small fee. Feel free to specify what you need in order for us to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We appreciate if you take care of the place as your own home during your stay. You clean the worst and we'll do the finer when you leave. Feel free to gather used towels and linens on the floor of the bathroom.

The area is calm and quiet. The villa is located on a dead-end road and the forest is right next door, where there are illuminated exercise tracks of 1.25 km. There are three outdoor gyms nearby and about 20 playgrounds within 2 km. radius.

Kullaberg is located within the municipality and there you can, for example, swim, snorkel, hike, bike and climb. You can enjoy the view by the lighthouse and the Italian road or learn about the wildlife here at Naturum. Lars Vilk's artwork Nimis can still be visited.

Guest house in the quiet fishing community of Ålabodarna, right on the beach of Öresund. The house is opposite the harborand there are swimming beaches closer than 100 meters. The guest house has a living room/kitchen, a large bedroom for 2 and a sleeping loft with low ceiling for 2. Dining table for 4 people and TV with local channels as well as Netflix. There is also patio and washing machine. If you have more than 4, there is a windshield on the crest of the hill, just above the guesthouse. Here you have a great view of the Sound!

The space
The floors are of Italian tiles and the walls of Swedish pine wood with "driftwood look". The sleeping loft has access to through a ladder that can be folded in against the wall. The large bedroom has 2 comfortable medium sized beds and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has its own front door and can be closed towards the hall with a sliding door. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling, but is super exciting for children and adults can also sleep there without any problems.
