There are nice hiking trails, good fishing, close to golf course (Carlskrona GK), ancient remains and swimming.
10 minutes to the nearest grocery store in Nättraby or Hasslö.
20 minutes to Karlskrona and Ronneby. Bus connections are available.

Welcome to stay peacefully and close to nature at our strawberry place Aspan. With only 250 meters to the sea, this is a holiday idyll that we would like to share.
I, who am the host of the listing, am called Karin and it is my parents Marianne and Lennart who rent out the home that is located on their property.
The accommodation is on two floors, small kitchen/kitchenette, dining table and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs with open floor plan and possibility for 4 beds.

The space
The accommodation is housed in a separate house on two floors with a private entrance from the garden. On the ground floor with an open floor plan, you will find a hall, a small cozy kitchen and workbench, a small fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table with room for four. Double patio door in glass leads out to a small patio with morning sun and a nice dining area for four.
On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and washing machine. Towel dryer and drying rack are available.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor with an open floor plan and sloping ceiling. A comfortable 180 cm double bed with memory mattress on one side. In the other part of the room, a bed corner with two single beds of 100 cm and 110 cm respectively.
A double wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available.
In another corner of the room, you will find a 3-seater sofa corner, an armchair and coffee table.
There is a TV that can function as a monitor, but please note that we are unable to offer Wi-Fi at this time.
Upstairs, there is an air heat pump that can offer heating or air conditioning.
Exit through the patio door to a balcony and also a staircase on the outside that leads down to the garden.
Adjacent to the house, there is a parking space. It is marked with an Airbnb sign.
Guest access
Note that the house is a guest house located on the same property as the owner's residence.
The house connects to a carpentry workshop that is private.
You will have the entire house and balcony to yourselves. Privacy protection is available.
The host couple is available if you have any questions or requests.

Cleaning is not included. The guest is expected to leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning materials are available in the property. If the guest leaves the accommodation in an uncleaned condition, SEK 800 will be charged.

The nearest country store is in Saxemara, and Ronneby city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
