Our annex has 2 floors with living room and beds on the upper level. At the ground floor there is a small kitchenette with fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher (no oven), coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a bathroom with a small sauna. The staircase between the floor is completely open and not child friendly.

The space
We do our best to keep costs down so booking with us is affordable and our textiles and fixtures are used extensively until they wear out so they aren't always pretty to look at. For the same reason, we do not charge a cleaning fee and ask you to take out the trash and clean before you check out.

At our farm there is cats.
Anna takes every chans to sneak in, there is a great risk for cat hair inside. She loves to be petted but be careful, her claws are sharp and she use them without warning.
Elsa is very shy and seldom showes herself to our guests.

We live in the countryside and during summer here is insects/bugs/flies and other small creatures which have a bad habit of coming indoor and they die indoors. This is out of our control.

Our private laundry room is in the Annex and we must pass through the kitchen for using it. We will communicate with you if we need to use it during your stay.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Buses run often and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes.

The space
Our guest house is light and modern, built in 2021. Open-plan with kitchen and living room in one room.
In the living room are a comfortable sofa bed that is 160 cm wide. It takes approximately 30 seconds to turn the sofa into bed. From the living room you easily get out on the terrace through the opening glass section. You'll also get up to the loft where there are mattresses to sleep on.
The bathroom is spacious and fresh and there is a shower and WC.
In the kitchen area there is modern equipment for cooking and on the terrace there is a charcoal grill.
The guesthouse is heated with a heat pump and in the bathroom there is underfloor heating. In the summer, there is air conditioning.
Even though there are curtains for full privacy, the guesthouse can be experienced “bright” during summer time.

Newly renovated guest house at Strandhem in Bunkeflostrand. A stone's throw from fine surroundings with the sea, beach meadows, and the Öresund Bridge as a backdrop. The cottage is 500 meters walking distance to the swimming jetty and a short drive or bike ride to the nearest beach. Close to bus stop (buses 12 and 16) that takes you to central parts of Malmö and to Hyllie (Malmö Arena and Emporia, Malmö Fair and train station). 11 minutes by car to the Öresund Bridge.

The space

The Guest house is very private with sundeck and its own garden and parking. The 50 square metres has two beds; one 160 cm and 80 cm bedchair. SMART TV and wifi is included. Smoking is OK on sundeck and in the garden but not indoors.

300 meter to kiosk/pizzeria, 1000 meter to Medley swim hall, Coop, ICA, padel court and train station (8 min to Lund C, 16 min to Lomma Beach, 25 min to Malmö C, 25 min to Helsingborg C and 70 min to Copenhagen).

The space
The space where the double bed is placed can be totally darkened at night. The space where the 80 cm sofachair is placed can not be darkened, due to daylight. Sheets, blankets and pillows are available for 3 persons. Also towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper.

The kitchen is very small but has necessary utilities: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwawe oven, frying pan, casserol and kitchen tools. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 6 persons. No dish washer but tools to wash dishes by hand are provided.

To get fresh air at night push the button marked Fresh air, next to the 140 cm bed.

In the basement you can use washing machine, midsize table tennis table, board games, vacuum cleaner and ironing board plus iron.

In the bath room there is a fan that can make noise when someone just showered/taken a bath. It will stop and the sound is not high in the sleeping area. The heating pump for the house can make noise in the Guest House sleeping area from time to time.

Usage of Air Condition is not included but air flow can be accomplished by opening glass doors in many directions. AC can be included for 300 SEK extra per day.

A robitic grass cutter is placed on the grass once a week.

Chromecast is available and it is called Huvudsovrum.

Our farm, Kvarnviks Gård, has a rich history dating back to 1907, when the main house was built. The stable, originally constructed in 1923, once housed farm animals and is now part of our charming rural setting. The property also features a historic electric mill, adding to its unique character.

We share our farm with two friendly cats, Lilly and Lakrits. Lakrits has unfortunately lost her sight, but she navigates her surroundings with ease and enjoys a peaceful life on the farm.

Kvarnviks Gård is perfectly located just 2.5 km across the fields from the beautiful white sandy beach of Beddingestrand. You can easily bike there in about 10 minutes or take a scenic walk, passing an alpaca farm along the way. If you're driving, the beach is about 6 km by car.

Köpmansgården is a traditional, old-style bed & breakfast in a picturesque village in the southern farmland of Skåne, only 20 minutes from central Malmö, and easily accessible from Copenhagen.

The space
There are 4 bedrooms, all located on the ground floor, and with shared bathrooms. Guests also have access to a sitting room, with some books and board games available.

When breakfast is served, the breakfast room is opened up. Breakfast is included in all rooms.

A home in scenic Skanör, nearby sandy beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

Right in the middle of central Lund, 3 minutes walk from Lund Central Station you will find this beautiful barbecue house. On the leafy courtyard you have Lund city center a few minutes away as well as 35 minutes to Copenhagen as well as Helsingborg. Malmö can be reached in 12 minutes!

Self-check in. Tenant receives code the same day as check in.

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the dwelling is well cleaned upon checkout.

The tenant brings the bottom roof and duvet covers with them.

Please note that the kitchen is extruded with basic products.

By car you can quickly get into Lund (10 minutes) and Malmö (20 minutes). From here you are close to many of Skåne's golf courses, for example, beaches and other nature.

In the guesthouse, there are two bedrooms a steep staircase up. In one bedroom there are two single beds, and in the other a big king size bed.
The living room has a sofa and dining area.
The kitchen is of an older standard, but fully equipped and with a dining area.
The bathroom is modern, with shower, washing and drying.
There is no patio to dispose of, but a seat bench outside the entrance.

We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö.
We offer the proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as all of Söderslätt.
