Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

Forget the worries – for this spacious and quiet place to stay. A 52 sqm bungalow is available for our guests. Equipped with a double bed and a pull-out large couch. So up to 4 people can comfortably find space in our property. Just come by to linger. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, post office and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The main train station and the city are within walking distance in 15 and 20 minutes respectively.

Other things to note
An accommodation tax has also been payable to the city of Stralsund since 2024. The accommodation tax is 5% of the nightly rate and must be paid in cash on site.

Our listed guesthouse is located in the heart of Stralsund's old town on the - old market - and has been renovated very elaborately and with a lot of love for detail. The town hall and Nikolaikirche church are 200 meters away and you can stroll past historic Gibel houses in 5 minutes to the harbor and the ocean surroundings as well as the Gorch Fock. You can reach the beach in 8 minutes. The shopping arcade is 300 meters away. According to the independent guest rating, the location is the most lively part of Stralsund.
