My room itself was up multiple flights of a steep twisting staircase. No elevator. I had a backpack so it was ok but ask for ground floor if you have a rolling suitcase. Everything was very clean except the comforter had hairs on it, but the clerk promptly replaced it. Free coffee in the morning for opting out of daily maid service. Clerks spoke excellent English and were friendly and knowledgeable about sites in the area. Thanks, ladies."
