Everything was very clean except the comforter had hairs on it, but the clerk promptly replaced it. Free coffee in the morning for opting out of daily maid service. In the north of Berlin and only 20 minutes from the center you will find our beautiful vacation home. On 65 square meters is everything you need during a visit to Berlin. The house with 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Under the covered terrace or on the 30 sqm sun terrace, you can perfectly relax after a city stroll and end the day.
We are a young family and also live on the premises. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

The space
Our vacation home is on our property - but you have your completely separate area. The house has a conservatory open to one side and a sun terrace, so the living area is significantly larger at appropriate temperatures. Since the property is located in a residential area, we ask for appropriate behavior. The house is not intended for parties, but for relaxation.

On approx. 65 square meters you will find everything you need for a relaxing break or after a day in Berlin to relax.
You can park directly in front of the property after arrival (there is enough space available) or you can arrive by S-Bahn at the Karow S-Bahn station and are on site in less than 10 minutes on foot.

The vacation home sleeps 7. There is a bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, a children's room with a bunk bed and, if necessary, a 3rd bed, which can be pulled out. However, this is more of an emergency bed, as the room is quite small. In the living room there is a large couch, which also has a sleeping function for up to 2 people. The special feature of the house is the 2 bathrooms - a bathroom with shower directly next to the bedroom with towel rack heater and a bathroom with tub leading off from the hallway. There is also a washing machine connected there. This makes it relaxed even with several people. Both bathrooms have windows and daylight.

In the living room is a large couch and a dining area. A fireplace for cozy moments is also available.

The separate newly made kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

A highlight is the conservatory open to one side, which also offers additional space in bad weather. There is a large dining table and a small couch. There is also space to lock bicycles there under a roof on a bicycle stand.
The large sun terrace of over 30 square meters is equipped with additional seating. In winter or on cold evenings you can make yourself comfortable with a fireplace.

You book the entire house including the outdoor area for your own use.

Other things to note
The house is heated with infrared radiators. These are set centrally.

In order to keep the prices permanently, we ask that you use energy sparingly. When leaving the house, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the door.
