You will definitely spend a very quiet night with us in the countryside. The room is facing the courtyard, there is no traffic to be heard. We offer 1 room with 2 beds (1.40 cm and 90 cm wide) with seating and TV & Internet. You live within our apartment, but located separately. Welcome to our new garden house studio, an accomodation for 2 during the warm weather months when heating is not required. Raw wooden beams meet vintage furniture and curtains, stained glass windows, plus there's a roomy bathroom with rain shower head, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee, tea, homemade jam, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. The studio is opposite the main house which also has a separate FeWo and all is set in a 6,000 sq. m. woodland garden open for your use.

The space
The studio has its own outside dining area with sun umbrella, as well as two Adirondack chairs for your use. Guests can also lounge on the lawn or sit under the rose arbor. There is a barbecue, as well as two basic bicyles, but these are for all guests on the premises, and so may not always be available.

We offer a three-course dinner – to be ordered in advance – for 30€ per person, including a welcome drink. Wine is not included, but guests can bring their own, or we can offer wine by the glass (200 ml) at 5€ per glass. The dinner can be served family style - with us - or separately in or outdoors at the studio.

The Garden House has its own entrance and is set on the left side of our garden, all of which is open to our guests. There is a second FeWo in the main red house on the property, also listed with airbnb, so you may see other guests from time to time, but the space is large enough to comfortably accomodate us all.

Guests should shop prior to arriving in Klein Behnitz, as the closest possibility is in Nauen, 19 km away.

Klein Behnitz lies in a triangle between Brandenburg, Ribbeck and Nauen. Nearby places of interest include the agricultural landmark Landgut Stober in Groß Behnitz (5 km), Schloss Ribbeck (12 km) and Schloss Paretz (20 km), which can be reached by bicycle over country roads or bicycle paths. The Trappen or large buzzard colony is a further attraction in Havelland (20 km) and clear lakes between Klein Behnitz and Brandenburg offer swimming and boating activities. Both Potsdam and Brandenburg an der Havel are 30 km away, Brandenburg and Berlin are a bit more than an hour’s drive or 40-minute train ride away. However please note: as of summer 2025, there will be no train service between Nauen and Berlin for an undetermined period due to track work.

The sauna, which is located in your bathroom, can be used by arrangement. Sauna sessions, after preheating, cost 20€ per one hour session including towels, for up to 2 persons, and 25€ for 90 minutes.

We are surrounded by beautiful nature. It’s very peaceful here and there are plenty of hiking and biking trails and experiences to be had nearby. This is a family home but the guest area is separate. We are not far from the motorway so it’s a good pit stop on your travels.

Other things to note
There are no restaurants or shops within reasonable walking distance. The next village has a lovely cafe, a supermarket and a hotel restaurant but if you are arriving in the evening or are without car it can be difficult to get food. I can provide a vegetarian evening meal at €10 per person and must be paid in cash. Please me know in advance if you will require it.

Our summer barn offers generous space for those who love nature and tranquility alike. Brick walls, rustic beams and a fireplace convey comfort, two large glass fronts allow the view either into the cozy courtyard or a large orchard with adjoining pond, located on the edge of a nature reserve. In a village with no through traffic, you will find unfamiliar silence just 40 minutes from Berlin and are always in the countryside with one leg.

The space
Important: Guest toilet and shower are located in an OUTBUILDING. Refrigerator, sink and microwave are also available there. BBQ and gas cooker can be used in the yard.
We operate a dog board, so often several DOGS move freely in the courtyard, which you will encounter on the way to the guesthouse. That shouldn't be a problem for you. In the garden and of course also in the house, they are undisturbed for themselves. Bringing your own pets is NOT possible because of uncertain compatibility with each other.
The barn measures almost 50 m2 and has an equally large sleeping floor with a 160 cm bed for 2 persons. In addition, mattresses can be laid out.
The rooms can only be heated via the fireplace seen in the photos, the shower runs via a boiler.

Guest access
The grounds include our main house, the guesthouse offered here and another annex with guest toilet and shower. In between is a courtyard with about 2000 m2, which we use for us and for cared for guest dogs. For you, this is more of a transit zone, but by arrangement you can use the fireplace or our solar shower, for example. On the other side of the guesthouse is the garden with another 2000 m2, where they can be to themselves. This is where our meadow and pond join. Don't forget mosquito repellent!

Other things to note
Our little paradise is about 10 km north of Luckenwalde, towards Trebbin. There are a variety of shopping opportunities in these two places - not in the village itself.
Nearby attractions: You can walk to the Nuthe in 5 minutes, especially anglers. In the neighboring village there is also a fishing pond. Two swimming lakes are each about 15 minutes away by vehicle, in Luckenwalde there is an outdoor swimming pool and spa as well as entrance to the Fläming skate for cyclists and skaters. The surrounding forests are also an excellent area for mushroom lovers.
The nearest train station in Woltersdorf is a 5-minute drive by car, and you can reach Berlin Mitte in just over 30 minutes by regional express.

The space
The 54 sqm building “Landlust” has a separate entrance and is located next to our farmhouse with a large idyllic garden. The small former stable building has a living room with kitchen and comfortable 3-seater sofa bed (160x200), bedroom with double bed 160x200, bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage room for luggage and possibly food.

The space
Welcome to the Ferienhaus Wahlsdorf 73!
Wahlsdorf 73 is modern and rustic, reduced and detailed, bright and ton in tons. Wahlsdorf 73 is a lot. Above all, plenty of place - most ideal for four.

In the basement there is a bright, spacious living/bedroom with queen size bed (1.60 m mattress), two armchairs and reading nook, many opportunities for space and storage, floor-to-ceiling windows to the garden. Similar upstairs: a bright living/bedroom of 15 square meters. Incl. couch to hang out and read (and reading! ;)), double bed, dresser and shelves, a big round window with something like a panoramic view of the garden and - depending on the season - in the sunrise, a skylight and floorboard - with underfloor heating! In addition, a small bathroom with a slope, shower, toilet, a washbasin with a wall mirror.

The kitchen is at the bottom floor. Comfortable and at the same time tip-top equipped for cooking, discussing and lingering. With long, rustic dining table and terrace access. How about a morning coffee under the cherry tree?

The hallway offers enough space to store suitcases, bicycle bags, buggies and Co. Or it serves as a retreat and (resting)zone, especially upstairs.

Guest access
You and your booked guests will be the only people living in the house. On request we can also rent in the low season, in individual cases with service. Minimum booking 3 nights. Prices include bed linen + towels. For the extra bed we charge an additional 15.00 euros per night for the 3rd person aged 16 and over + per person including linen set. Visitors as guests for overnight stays: no problem, for the 1st night/person 25.00 euros, subsequent nights 15.00 euros/night, each including a complete linen set.
Children from 5 to 15 years 5.00 euros/night including bed linen and towels. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Laundry service during your stay: washing with spin dryer, 6 euros per wash. Dryer 3 euros. Clothes rack in every accommodation unit.

Other things to note
If You are coming from City Areas with a lot of noise around - please forget about it. We have a very quiet area, our street even is a cul-de-sac road. During day and night, you may hear some animals on the ground or in the air - Fox, deer, any kind of beautiful birds ... just wait and see!
