In our house, mutual consideration and compliance with the rules are of special importance, as living together with strangers takes place. Therefore, we ask in particular to pay attention to the needs of the other residents for peace and quiet. Therefore, after 10 pm is quiet at night. We ask you to only listen to music with headphones after 10 pm.

Smoking and any firing with fire in the rooms is prohibited as a central fire alarm system is installed. Failure to comply will incur a penalty fee of EUR 250.00. Registered guests can arrange individual arrival times with the house management. Otherwise, promised rooms or beds will be kept free until 6 pm. The rooms / beds can be made from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we would like to ask you to leave the rooms no later than 11 a.m.

The guest must treat the furnishings of the house and the rooms with care and, in particular, avoid coarse dirt and damage. If dirt or damage that goes beyond the normal level of use, even after the departure of the guest, the house manager is entitled to charge the guest for the repair costs, replacement costs or cleaning afterwards. This includes items on the house grounds.

Very small but nice! Enjoy peace and relaxation in our cozy guest apartment in the Erfurt district of Hochheim. On about 15 m², our lovingly furnished guest house in wooden construction offers everything needed for a relaxing stay - a wonderful view of the Erfurt Steigerwald included. From the city center, you are separated by a 15-minute bus ride or an equally long bike ride, a beautiful path along the Gera and through the Luisenpark.
The space
Our guest apartment in the rear building is separately accessible via 32 steps, so you can be undisturbed. In addition to a sofa bed with space for 2 people, coffee table, armchair and storage for your 7 belongings, the self-built mini kitchen with sink, fridge and induction hotplate is a real eye-catcher. The bathroom, furnished with an eye for detail, has a shower.
From the main train station, you can take the bus in 15 minutes to the property.
At this point, we would like to point out the accommodation tax for overnight stays in the city of Erfurt. "The tax is 5% of the amount spent by the guest for the accommodation, including VAT." (City Treasury Dept. Taxes) The tax must be paid separately upon arrival.

The inn "Zum Birnbaum" with German cuisine and a very nice beer garden invites you to linger. Reservation is recommended.

This is a very nice and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. It is located directly opposite the EGA and a 10-minute walk from the Erfurt Exhibition Hall. The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So, you can leave the car parked without worrying. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is modernly furnished. In terms of equipment, just about everything is available. The bathroom is right next door. You walk out the door of the apartment and directly to the right is the door to the bathroom. However, the area is covered, so you are only partially outdoors. The terrace is part of the apartment and is available to our AirBnB guests only.

Welcome to our small, quiet organic retreat at the gates of Erfurt.
On our old 4-sided farm, there are 4 individual apartments and 3 Ayurvedic yurts ready for you.
With us, PEACE is very important and your relaxation is in the foreground! If you drive through the gate, you can park on the right or left. Keep to the right, because there is the apartment building - just follow the signs to the "apartments".
In the entrance area of the large guesthouse, chilled drinks, snacks, ice cream, delicacies in the glass of "lion's share" and hygiene products are available for purchase. In the "Dining Room", you'll get delicious coffee specialties, and our water filter ensures that the best water is available to you free of charge throughout the entire stay.

With some luck you can watch wood owls breeding here or even kingfishers hunting for small fish in the pond. You can sweat in the sauna, sit by the campfire in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine under the pergola.

The cottage itself offers a conservatory with a fireplace and great views of the property. There is also a small bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. A kitchen with a gas stove, a small side room with a pull-out couch and a bedroom in the attic with a large panoramic window.
There are several sleeping places in the house. A large double bed with attached single bed (90 × 200 cm) is located in the attic. In the conservatory as well as in the adjoining room, there are also 2 couches, which can also serve as a bed.
I would like to mention that it is a rustic but cozy garden house with an exceptional property. Those looking for luxury or special comfort on vacation will not get their money's worth here. However, those who appreciate the advantages of rural tranquility, the rustic charm of a campfire or the deceleration when taking a sauna will find what they are looking for here.
The property offers ideal vacation conditions for families with children. Please note that the lake is not fenced and therefore the safety of the little ones must be ensured.

Visitors can use the entire property. This of course also includes the fireplace, the pergola and the sauna, which can be lit by arrangement (with the host). If you want, you can swim in the pond. The water quality varies according to temperature.
I would like to mention that 4 silkworms live on the property, which we of course have to take care of. That means we have to check on them every now and then and feed them.
