Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.
The space
A modern, well-equipped kitchen awaits you, where everything you need to feel at home is located. Also suitable for longer stays. The living and dining area is flooded with light and offers a view of the courtyard and the mountains opposite. The two bedrooms are on different levels, as are the two bathrooms. In the lower area is also a separate toilet. Linens, towels, blankets and pillows are available. available. Behind the apartment is a terrace with a garden hut.
Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
In addition, a newly created pallet seating area awaits you on a hill, where you can relax comfortably in the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the mountains opposite in the Haderwald.

For longer stays, we have also equipped the apartment with a washing machine.

Centrally located in the heart of Germany overlooking the Wasserkuppe – the highest mountain of the Rhön – our bungalow is quietly located on the edge of the forest only 15 km away from the A7 motorway and the cathedral town of Fulda. Our bungalow has a spacious balcony/terrace with great views and can accommodate 2 - 6 people. In the Hotel Rhön Residence, located right next to the bungalow, you will find a large SPA & wellness area with 2 pools, the barbecue restaurant Kneshecke served juicy treats.

There is one double bedroom, a children's room with bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
A private bathroom with natural light and shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen are also available.
In the living/dining area you will find a cozy sofa and a table for up to 6 persons persons. At the terrace you can end your day comfortably.

In the Hotel Rhön Residence, located right next to the bungalow, you will find a large SPA & wellness area with 2 pools (inside and outside)
as well as a sauna area with 2 Finnish saunas (75°C and 95°C) and a salt stone sauna (60°C). Massages and cosmetic treatments can also be booked there.

The space
Completely new apartment after completion in autumn 2020 - first occupancy! You will enjoy your holiday in the Rhön on 70 m2 in a modern equipped apartment, which is located in a basically renovated small half-timbered house with separate entrance in 2020. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a kitchen, as well as a large living room and entrance area for up to 4 people. Car parking is located just next to the entrance area of the house. Storage options for bicycles are present.
Other things to note
Arrival is possible from 4:00 pm to midnight. Departure is possible until 10 am. The key is handed over without contact on site by arrangement. Pets allowed on request (15,00 EUR per night). A baby crib can be provided on request (free of charge). Parking, Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included.
