The 4-room apartment, which I (58) live in with my daughter (19), is located on the 2nd floor (stairs) of a 3-family house, was renovated in 2003, and is bright and quiet.
The 18 sqm room is fully furnished with real wood flooring.


The apartment is centrally located and quiet in the Auefeld/Südstadt district.
The tram to the city center or Wilhelmshöhe train station, shopping, art university are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

The space
In the Sousterrain, with its own entrance, there is a bedroom with a bed size 140x200. The second room can be used as a recreation room with a small cooking facility.
Another possibility is to sleep there on a camping mattress 70x180
( if you want to sleep separately or a third person is still present).
A pet can also sleep well here in the basket.
There is a small bathroom between the 2 rooms.
A separate shower is also located in the lower area.
Free parking is on street outside of house.
I can also store bikes in the garden.

Garden house 18m² for max. 2 people. Centrally located, 3 minutes from the ICE train station. Kitchenette. Toilet and shower, bed is a loft bed (1.40x2.00m, accessible via ladder).pull-out couch is available. House can possibly be occupied in the winter (central heating, currently undergoing energy-saving measures!). there are nice breakfast cafes nearby. I speak German, English. Not suitable for people with dust/pollen allergies! Non-smoking only! A bed fee of €3/day is payable on site.

The space
In the room for my guests there is a bed for two persons (140 cm). We use the bathroom together.
My apartment is in the 5. flat (without an elevator). After a training of your legs you have a wonderful view from the roof, where is a terrace. You reach the terasse by a ladder. If the weather is fine you have breakfirst there or you can relaxe in the afternoon.
There is a flat rate wlan.

There is a stop of the tram (2 minutes) (Wilhelmshöher Bahnhof ca. 5 min., City ca. 7 min).

The price for one night for one person is 40 Euro, for two persons 60 Euro. Each price including bed-clothes and towels and breakfirst with tea or coffee, cheese or saussage and yogurt.

„tHE GREEN HOUSE“ can be used for 2 - 4 people. It has a seperate entrance, from where you get to the 35 qm big living quaters with a kitchenet and the dining table. On the first floor is the bedroom with one full-size bed as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The coach in the living quaters can also be used as a second bed.

The holiday flat comes with its own terrace. It’s got a light, modern look and can be inhabited from june 2012 on. After the complete renovation is finished.

Appointments and service:
Kitchen with frigde, electric cooker and stove, W-Lan, TV.
It’s a non-smoking flat, towels and bed-linen are provided.

Bad Wilhelmshöhe and hillside park
The urban district of "tHE GREEN HOUSE" offers many coffee-stores, restaurants and supermarkets.
Very close to the holidayflat you find the „Kurhessen-Therme“, where you can swim and relax.
„Bad Wilhelmshöhe“ is easy to reach by train or car.
 
The „Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe“ is Europe's largest hillside park. This year (2012) the country „Hessen“ requested for the „Bergpark“ to be part of UNESCO - world heritage.

Welcome to our light-flooded guest apartment with its own large south-facing terrace.

Conveniently located, right across from the
nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails and at the same time with very good connections to Wilhelmshöhe train station.
From here, the city can easily be explored by public transport, but parking is also available in sufficient numbers.

A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

The space
The apartment is located in an annex and is connected to the house via a small kitchenette. However, it has a separate entrance that can be reached through the garden. In addition to the large living room, there is a private bathroom with shower. The highlight is certainly the terrace overlooking the countryside.

Other things to note
We try to keep our cats out of the apartment, but that doesn't always work if it's not rented out and we use it ourselves. During the stay, the connecting door is locked and the cats stay safely outside, but the apartment is therefore probably not suitable for people with strong allergies.

Otherwise, it should be mentioned that we live in the house with our three small children, who like to romp, laugh and annoy each other in the morning. You can occasionally hear that we live right next door :-)

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. With the large hot tub for 2 and a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet location on the Fulda, which invites you to take a walk.
Please note, in the large room there is a double bed, which can be changed into two single beds if desired.

You enter the accommodation through a private entrance. The single room is on the first floor. A wooden spiral staircase takes you to the upper area, where the other rooms are located.

The space
Additional info: The place was completed a few months ago. The environment still needs a little work but is largely okay. Unfortunately, the spiral staircase creaks a little, but that has to do with the fact that it is a wood material.

The guest house is located within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park in one of Kassel's most popular districts. The closest tram stop is 500 meters away. From there, you can go directly to the city center. The residential area is very quiet and the guest house is in the immediate vicinity of the conservation area, which offers many opportunities for walking or hiking.

The space
The detached guest house (size approx. 40 square meters) was renovated in 2021. The kitchenette and bathroom are as good as new.
There are 1.5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom + a terrace with garden access. Please note that the bedroom cannot be closed by a door. There is only a curtain that can be drawn. The bed in the bedroom is 1.40 meters wide and the sofa bed in the living room is 1.60 meters wide.
