The room is located in a nice house in a lovely garden in a quiet popular residential area in Coburg. You are quickly in the city and forest. In the immediate vicinity bakery with cafe, supermarkets, nature, gym, indoor outdoor swimming pool, Coburg company. You will love the place because of the surroundings, the tranquility, the wide view, the privacy and pleasant people. The newly renovated room with private bathroom/toilet and kitchenette with terrace is located in our quiet house on the first floor. Close to the city and nature. Free public parking is very close by. Bus to the center. Café with bakery opposite, supermarkets, gym, Aquaria swimming pool, Coburg companies. Ideal for longer stays. The short distances to the companies, the well-kept environment with privacy and nice people is highly valued by our guests.

The space
The room is about 16 square meters and is located on the first floor of our guest house in one of the sought-after residential areas of Coburg with a bakery-café, supermarkets and good connections. Very nice indoor-outdoor pool and fitness studios nearby. It's about like a hotel room with its own new shower. On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with terrace, fridge-freezers, washing machine and dryer. A maximum of 4 additional people can use this.

In our guest house you will stay like in a hotel with a kitchen and terrace. You have a nice room with a new private bathroom, overlooking the beautiful garden up to the fortress. The house is quietly located in a beautiful garden, set back from the street. Diagonally across the street, a good bakery offers you breakfast at the café. Supermarket within walking distance. Kitchen on the first floor. You are quickly in the city, by car, city bus in 5 minutes or a good 20 minutes on foot - and in 5 minutes in nature.

The space
The special feature of our house is the location close to the center and the forest and all Coburg companies are easily accessible, the privacy in the rooms and the opportunity to talk to other guests in the common area on the ground floor. Our guests are mostly employees of Coburg entrepreneurs or business partners. You only need to bring your personal belongings. We provide everything else.

The 75 square meter "Galerie im Kutscherhaus" is located on the grounds of a historic, listed Art Nouveau villa.
5-minute walk to the market square and the sights of Coburg, in the best quiet residential area. The apartment is on two levels. With two bedrooms, a spacious dining and living room,
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, without anteroom, terrace, dishwasher. shower and toilet. Garden with terrace, parking, the 5th person sleeps on a pull-out sofa.

The space
The house has been equipped with high-quality furniture (tested for harmful substances and manufactured in Germany). Modern and contemporary. On the terrace there is garden furniture (weather permitting) and sun protection, as well as garden loungers. The paintings were painted by my mother-in-law Karla Lùnz, who was very dear to me. Children are only allowed from the age of ten.

Guest access
The coach house is only inhabited by guests. The landlady is in the main building. The parking space is located between the coach house and the garden fence. It is best to park in reverse.
