Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room.
The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!)
Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The space
The apartment is centrally located in the wonderful old town of Coburg.
In the same house, there is a bar (Sonderbar) on the first floor, whose staff will be happy to help with any questions. Since the apartment is located in the rear of the house, it is correspondingly quiet.
Originally, the apartment was designed as a band apartment, hence the many sleeping options.
It's a 5-minute walk to the market square, as well as to the cinema.
All Coburg sights, Veste Coburg, Ehrenburg Castle, etc. are within walking distance.

Attention!!! If you come from a cordon risk area, the booking cannot be accepted. In this case, you must cancel the booking or contact me.

Since events regularly take place in the Sonderbar, it may be that the bass can be heard slightly in the apartment here and there! So far, it hasn't bothered any guests, but I would like to mention it. It was also reported by a guest that he noticed cigarette smell in the apartment, as the smokers of the restaurant downstairs smoke in front of the staircase, and the smoke probably rises up!
So, if you are extremely sensitive to noise and odors, you should stay away from the apartment or not complain about it afterwards.

Like in a hotel room with - but with the possibility to cook yourself in a fully equipped kitchen and in an individual environment, which is characterized by a beautiful garden, proximity to the city and tranquility at the same time. We offer inexpensive accommodation in five closed units, each with its own shower/toilet for 1-3 people in our guest house. You have privacy and can get in contact with other guests as you like. It is ideal for guests who have to do longer work in Coburg, then we can offer extra conditions, or explore and enjoy the city and the beautiful Franconian and Thuringian surroundings for a few days.

The modernly furnished upper floor has enough space for two adults and one child or teenager. It has a double bedroom, a mini kitchen and a children's room with its own bed. The bright bathroom with daylight is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.

In the winter garden you can have breakfast, drink coffee or take your meals. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while enjoying the view into the garden. For each apartment there is a free parking space for your vehicle.
