Our new guest apartment is located on the edge of Erlangen's old town between Theaterplatz and Burgberg. Directly across the street is the Kopfklinik.
The apartment has an open space concept and high ceilings.

Living space:
You will stay in a loft-like 1-room apartment (46 m², living and sleeping room, kitchenette, separate office corner, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning) that was lovingly renovated in 2018. The main bed is 140 × 200, the second bed is 90 × 190. The sofa bed in the conservatory can be folded out with a 120 × 200 bed surface. The apartment has an open conservatory. You are welcome to use the beautiful, partially covered courtyard. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hotplates, a microwave and various small appliances as well as the usual dishes.
In a separate part of the apartment is a large desk 100 × 200. This part is without a door!
Breakfast cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and it is just a stone's throw to the Erlangen Bergkirchweih.

Due to the location, the apartment is particularly suitable for business travelers (all university hospitals are within walking distance) and tourists, as well as for families with children who can play safely in the enclosed courtyard. At the moment, our two dwarf rabbits also live there.

Cozy and quiet apartment in a family house; the location is on a pedestrian and cycle path, at ground level with a separate entrance. Shopping/bakery very close by. A shady beer garden and 2 good pizzerias with outdoor areas are very close by. There are various playgrounds (also with water) near by. We are happy to lend toys for children (balance bike, small bicycle and sand toys).
Walks in the forest or along the shipping canal are very relaxing.

The space
Local recreation area with optimal jogging/Nordic walking possibilities in the forest area or along the canal within walking distance. Several playgrounds nearby. Shops easily accessible.
On request we provide 2 bicycles. Erlangen is a bike-friendly city with numerous bike paths.

Picturesque cities such as Nuremberg, Bamberg and Würzburg are easily accessible by car or train.

Other things to note
On request and depending on time, we offer a shuttle service to Nuremberg airport (25 €). The trip by public transport bus, train takes about 1 hour.
