All these facilities are within 10 minutes' walk of the apartment. Although we spoke no German the village residents were very friendly and helpful. There is a good bus service to Wurzberg (25 minutes without too much traffic!) and to the Real Hypermarket (10 minutes) where any items you will need will be available. The local bus stop is only 200 yards from the apartment up the hill. The buses run about every 15 minutes during the day. Wurzberg is a lovely medium size city well worth a few days' visit. The Residence, Castle on the hill and a boat trip on the Main river are highly recommended. Don't forget to have a glass of wine on the Old Bridge!"

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building and has a beautiful view of the imposing mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen through the floor and location. At the heart of the facility are homely colors and natural materials, the connection between modern and rural furnishings. Many of the fittings and furniture were made by hand and were made to match the character of the apartment. The bedroom has an open roof structure with a lot of visible wood and a generous, fantastic view of Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Zugspitze. A 47 inch LCD TV is used for cozy TV hours. There is a large fly screen in front of the window for mosquito and fly-free sleeping.

In the center of the living room is a stylish soapstone stove with a large viewing window to enjoy a lot of crackling, warm comfort in the living room on cold evenings. In addition to the cozy sofa corner with the same 47 inch LCD TV as in the bedroom, there is also a dining area available.

Our 33 m² apartment, which was completed in 2018, is designed for up to 3 people and is located in the south-eastern part of Nuremberg.

The modern apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating, has a fitted kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances), bathroom with shower, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and sofa with sleeping function, as well as a television and WiFi access.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment on request. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An iron is also included in the apartment. Ironing board available.

The property is above the owner's home, but well insulated against noise, both outside and inside. It has a separate entrance and a parking space next to the house, which is a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were easy as Walther, the host, speaks fluent English, and gave us a little tour when we arrived. The Siemens training centre (reason of our visit) is just a few minutes by car, or 25min on foot. The Messe (event hall) and inner city of Nürnberg are also easily accessible (bus/car). We would gladly return, much nicer than a much more expensive hotel!"
