It got cold while we were there one night, and the radiators worked very well. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. There is a great Biergarten across the street with excellent food. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms and a kitchen with dining table. It is on the 2nd floor (= roof) of a three-family house in Ansbach-Eyb. The largest room has a 160 double bed, the right one a 140 and the smaller room a 90 single bed. Up to 5 people can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom has a large shower. The parking is right at the entrance. There are also the common consumables and cleaning items.

The space
The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. It's all new in the apartment, the bathroom, the furniture, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment and can be used for free. There is also free Wi-Fi. Each of the three bedrooms has a TV. A parking space is right next to the house next to the brown wooden fence to the left of the entrance door. Two cars can park in a row here. The apartment is also very suitable for a longer stay, as everything is available. As a precautionary measure, however, I must point out that the apartment is not ideally suited for children up to about 12 years, as there are no safety measures. Since there are the Americans in Ansbach-Katterbach, helicopter flights may be close at times. The very large garden may be used in the left area at any time. The trampoline, swing and fire bowl can also be used at any time. The apartments on the 2nd floor and the 1st floor are also vacation apartments. The terrace and area in front of the apartment is of course intended exclusively for this apartment.

Feel comfortable in 2 bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room with dining area and access to your own balcony. A bathroom with shower and bathtub is at your disposal. The apartment is 90m2 and is located on the ground floor of a three-family house in Ansbach-Eyb with a large terrace and a huge garden with patio furniture and barbecue. In the larger bedroom there is a 180 double bed and a pull-out bed, so that 4 people can sleep here. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The parking is right at the entrance. There are also consumables and cleaning supplies.

The space
The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. Everything in the apartment is new, the bathroom, the furniture, etc. A large parking space for two cars in a row is right in front of the entrance. The apartment is also very suitable for a longer stay, as everything is available. Children of all ages are welcome, there is also a high chair and a children's travel cot with mattress. The TV is in the living room. The large terrace has a table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue. Since there are the Americans in Ansbach-Katterbach, helicopter flights may be close at times. There is also a vacation apartment in the attic and on the 2nd floor. The entire, very large garden and the outdoor area of the house with trampoline, play equipment, swing and fire bowl may be used at any time.
