The bright apartment is located in the basement of a pretty old family home on the outskirts of Ludwigsburg between the city center and the teacher training college. FACILITIES: The apartment has 3 rooms to use, approx. 85 m² of living space, vinyl tile floors, a balcony overlooking the countryside. On the balcony you can stay almost the whole day in the sunshine. The apartment is bright and quiet on the upper floor of an old building and is decorated by me with a lot of love. Three bedrooms: 1 double bed 1.80 x 2.00, 2 double beds 1.40 x 2.00, additional single beds for more people possible, clothes rails. Sofa, etc. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove) as well as dining areas, bathroom with bathtub and hand sink. The toilet is located in a separate room.

Staircase access SURROUNDINGS: The Lerchenholz district is quiet and characterized by a lot of greenery. It is very easy to walk to from the train station and the city center (15/20 minutes walk). The A81 highway (exit LB Süd) is about 2.5 km away. Quiet residential area / dead-end street. Those who appreciate walks or like to go for a run can do sports either in the nearby Salonwald or in the beautiful fields to Kornwestheim / Pflugfelder. Bus station (line 413) three hundred meters away. Bus runs every 20 minutes from early to late in the direction of the train station (3 minutes drive), town hall / market square (5 minutes drive) Free parking in front of the house is available.
