I require basic daily cleanliness. The cleaning lady is only responsible for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.

You are renting an apartment in the old town that was lovingly restored a few years ago. The historic building fabric was awakened and harmoniously combined with new living requirements. The modern furniture creates a special area of tension between comfort and coziness in the interesting living ambience.

The space
The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Sindelfingen in an original farmhouse. Especially in this apartment the old building fabric was revived, the hand-hewn oak beams of the ceiling were made visible and classical mineral plaster and thick oak boards floor
The modern Mobilar creates exciting contrasts to architecture, the cozy corner coach invites you to relax, watch TV or listen to music. An elevated oak table with classic aluminum chairs invites you to eat and work. The small balcony invites you to linger in nice weather. The functional kitchen convinces with a noble oak worktop, the white high-gloss look is harmoniously with stainless steel fronts. The marble bath with corner bath and rounds out the exclusive impression of the apartment and the restful sleep is secured in the 160x200cm bed.
The apartment is located in the center of Sindelfingen, the Wettbachplatz with restaurants and pubs, it is only 150m "Luftlinie", the town hall and market square is 350m away. Also the connection to the S-Bahn (650m), highway (1600m) Daimler-Benz (600m) and Motorworld (2000m) is perfect

Our bright basement apartment - with large window front facing south - was lovingly renovated by us, is equipped with high quality and is inviting for relaxation.

Sindelfingen and Böblingen can be reached in a few minutes. The Mercedes factory is less than 5 minutes away by car.

Stuttgart, the Black Forest and the Schönbuch Nature Park are 30 minutes away by car and are always worth a trip.

The apartment consists of a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer.
A sofa in the living room with a comfortable sleeping function offers additional space for one to two people to stay overnight.
For entertainment, a smart TV with popular apps such as YouTube, PrimeVideo, etc. as well as AppleTV are available. Normal TV reception in HD quality runs via T-Home, which also makes many international channels available. The apartment has Wi-Fi and full-area underfloor heating.

A baby crib and highchair are available as needed.

This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the town center. Shops serving everyday needs such as a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. By bus and train, destinations in Sindelfingen, Böblingen and Stuttgart are easily accessible. About 50 meters from the apartment is a bus stop for connection to public transport.

Likewise, the Aibachgrund is about 100 meters away: A popular park with rare animals and exotic plants has developed over the decades from a former quarry.
