2. The time of arrival will be agreed individually. On the day of departure, we ask that you release the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest. Please note our availability times by phone, on weekdays from 08:30 am to 8:00 pm.

4. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price according to the booking confirmation after invoicing if the contractual services are not used. The conclusion of the accommodation contract requires both partners to perform, regardless of the duration of the contract.

5. In case of early departure of the guest, accommodation costs will not be refunded unless otherwise rented out of the accommodation. Successes the host with a
Replacement rental, this amount will be deducted from the total price and refunded to the guest afterwards.

6. The nightly price includes: All applicable utilities such as water, electricity, fuels, garbage disposal, property tax, VAT, incidental costs.

7. As a one-time initial feature, the host sets: 1x toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, and a
Laundry package per person (1x small towel, 1x shower towel, 1x bedding complete)

8. For long-term guests, an intermediate cleaning is carried out free of charge in the approx. 14-day rhythm by the host and the laundry package for each guest is renewed and exchanged free of charge.

9. The guest is liable for all self-caused damages to the apartment during its use to the fullest extent. The landlord cannot be held liable for short-term failure of furnishings, or failure of the public supply (electricity/gas/water/TV/Internet/etc.). A price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure.

10. The host and the cleaning staff are entitled to enter the booked property as needed, especially for cleaning purposes.

11. The guest must ensure that windows and doors are closed in their absence.
Valuables are generally safe to store before access by third parties. In the event of burglary or theft, no replacement will be made by the Host. If the host is responsible for any damage for which the guest is responsible, they are fully liable to the host.

12. The maximum number of people per accommodation depends on the accommodation description. Use by third parties or overcrowding is not permitted.

13. Pets are not allowed.

14. In case of loss of a key of the accommodation, the renter is liable without a single proof of the actual costs €180.00 incl. VAT.

15. After the termination of the accommodation, the property will be visited by the host or an agent. If the cleaning effort is significantly above that of an ordinary final cleaning (broom cleaning), the costs incurred for a necessary general cleaning will be charged additionally. The price depends on actual effort. If the accommodation is not vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and is in its original condition (such as
B. change of furniture, keys not returned), the resulting costs (such as a replacement accommodation for subsequent guests, double cleaning effort) will be charged to the guest afterwards.

16. If the guest violates these terms and conditions and the existing house rules despite a reminder, the landlord has the right to extraordinary termination. In this case, the guest must immediately vacate the accommodation and leave it in good condition. There is no refund of the rental price. If the guest does not vacate the accommodation, the landlord will receive an advertisement for the breach of house peace.

17. Should any of these provisions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake in the event of a
(partial)ineffectiveness to replace the relevant clause with one that the invalid clause comes closest to its economic purpose.

18. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Any ancillary agreements or changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing to be effective. This includes the written request itself.

19. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the host's place of business.

The 35 sqm two-room apartment was completed in January 2016, it is completely renovated and furnished to a high standard. It is located on the 3rd floor (but without elevator), where you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Reutlingen.

The famous Outlet City Metzingen is 10 km away.
The spa Bad Urach with the thermal baths and waterfalls can be reached at 20km.
The university town of Tübingen with the impressive district can be reached at 14km

Centrally conveniently in Reutlingen city centre. The centre (marketplace) as well as the medical centre is removed at 10 min. of footpath and is surrounded by shopping possibilities (towards is immediately a big supermarket). Free park possibilities exist.
