After a wonderfully active day in the fresh air, our apartment is an oasis of calm in a traffic-calmed location.

The apartment, located in the heart of the Wasgau, is on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The largest room in the apartment is the living / dining area. The room is flooded with light and offers access to the sunny terrace. At the same time, you can relax very well on the large sofa corner. The kitchen was newly renovated in 01/2018 and is fully equipped - to the delight of many holiday guests, even with a dishwasher. The bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 / 200cm) can be completely darkened like all other rooms. The 04/2017 freshly renovated daylight bathroom has a large, walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Another room with lots of reading material is an ideal retreat.

The ground floor apartment has an outdoor seating area where you can catch the first rays of the day. You can of course use the garden furniture and cushions for this. You can also grill there.

Overlooking the town, from a quiet side, enjoying the sun, this little house is set back behind a garden and blinks over to the Burghaldefels.
The cobbler path meanders behind it through the forest and so it is not surprising that the building was built as a children's shoe factory in the last century. We are restoring diligently and are delighted to leave the apartment under the gable to our holiday guests for wonderful days in the Palatinate.
We are happy to rent to 2 adults and 1-2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults.

- "We stayed here for two nights on our way home from Italy to Sweden. It suited our needs better than expected. The kitchen area was quite small but well equipped. The only one thing we actually missed was a micro wave oven. As we understand it, the kitchen has now been upgraded with this. The garden was a nice surprise, bigger and more sunny than we expected. During our stay we had it more or less for our private use. The bikes were ok, one of them equipped with a practical rear side bag. Even though gear shifting was not perfect, we managed to take a few minor trips with them. Our host, Anje, was very nice and helpful. Overlooking the place, enjoying the sun, this small house is set back behind a garden and blinking over to the Burghaldefels.
The cobbler path winds through the forest behind it and so it is not surprising that the building was built in the last century as a children's shoe factory. We are constantly restoring and have our pleasure of leaving the now completed apartment under the gable as a place to stay to our holiday guests for wonderful days in the Palatinate.

The space
On the 1st floor, the rooms welcome our guests with a high-quality kitchen-living room and the extraordinary 6-window gallery. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a sink, 4-burner Seran hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and hand mixer.
There's also a small sofa corner with a table.
