The living room is the heart of our apartment, because on the cozy sofa you can feel at home! Enjoy your favorite Netflix movie/ series on Smart TV, or relax while surfing on high-speed WiFi. What do you prefer? If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed, so that a sleeping area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m for up to two people is created.

Both bedrooms have a very cozy 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed ready for you so that you are in top shape the next day. The apartment is a bit more secluded so you can sleep in peace.

In the daylight bathroom, not only a bathtub with shower facilities awaits you, but also plenty of fresh towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there.

Enjoy a great stay in one of our new, friendly and tastefully furnished apartments on the ground floor (70sqm), with large windows - thus wonderfully flooded with light - with a beautiful living and dining area, with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms ( 1 double bed 200x200cm and 1 double bed). The sunny, cozy apartment (4) is about 27 m², has a separate entrance. Parking is available outside the house. The house was refurbished in 2019 and completely newly equipped. The house is a non-smoking house. The A(4) is located on the upper floor, is tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail, offers everything you need for a longer stay. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk away. Shopping facilities & a great gastronomy are within walking distance.

We would be happy to welcome you personally! For extraordinary arrival times, or departure, a key box is available, which is a max. Flexibility made possible.
The app. is equipped with anything you may need for a pleasant stay.
For example, the kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with ice box, and all common cooking/dishwashing utensils.
There is also a starter set with coffee/tea, as well as 2 fl. Water available we will provide you free of charge.
