The room doors can only be opened from the outside with the key. The doors close very quickly.

Cozy guest room in beautiful old building apartment, is quiet and central in the beautiful Martinsviertel, near Mathildenhöhe, park, university and downtown.
In the immediate vicinity there are nice cafes and bars, as well as bakeries, small shops, pharmacy, Rewe, etc. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the rear gardens and can enjoy the sun wonderfully.

In the room there is a private fridge, as well as a Senseo coffee maker and kettle, etc.
The shared kitchen-living room is large and can be used, as well as the adjoining balcony. The guest room has a separate guest toilet for exclusive use. The shared bathroom has a large shower area, an additional bathtub, washing machine and clothes dryer.
The cozy old building apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The garden is available for all house residents to use. The apartment is located in a quiet location. The World Heritage Site: Mathildenhöhe and 2 large parks are each within 5 - 10 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is otherwise shared by us and our dear old cuddly cat. We look forward to seeing you soon.

After our daughter moved out, we are looking forward to nice guests and a breath of fresh air in our apartment.

Parking for one car is located in the residential area. During the day you will easily find a place. In the evening it may be difficult, but there is a parking lot within a 5-minute walk. For loading and unloading, you can stop on the street in front of the house…
Bus station is a 2-minute walk, so you are in 20 minutes at the main train station, in 10 minutes in the city center, or on foot about 15 minutes
