Hello! I am offering a guest room in our townhouse on the outskirts of Darmstadt. Since I am a single parent, I am currently only renting to women. The house is located a little off a main road. Opposite, there is a stop for public transport with connections to the city center, the Rhine-Main area and the Odenwald. The settlement is located on the edge of the forest walking distance from the Unicampus Lichtwiese. I offer a bathroom for your own use as well as the kitchen for shared use.

Room has a large window out to the garden. It is bright and there is a small table and two chairs available. There is also a closet to store the clothes. The bathroom has shower and a large bathtub.

My guests pass the living area when they go to their room on the first floor. The bathroom is on the same floor. The shared kitchen is located on the first floor, right next to the house entrance.

During your stay
I am employed and therefore quite limited in terms of time. When my son and I are at home, we like to take the time to chat over tea or coffee and answer questions. My child sleeps from 9 pm onwards. My guests should take this into consideration if, for example, they come home late or watch movies in their room.

In the guest room there is a double bed (1,40x2,00 m) and a wardrobe.

You have access to a well-equipped kitchen - there are plenty of kitchen appliences, cutlery and you can also use some basic ingredients and spices you might need for cooking. There is also tons of tea and coffee. For cooking coffee you can use the moka cooker or the nespresso machine.

There is w-lan but there is no TV :)

The property is perfectly connected to public transport. It is about 100 m to the tram stop. From there, a train runs every 12 minutes in the direction of the city center. In addition, an S-Bahn stop is also within walking distance (about 700 m). Here you can quickly reach Darmstadt Central Station or Frankfurt.

Welcome to your cozy small room, in an urban location and yet green and quiet location. The view from your room is green and natural. With the window open, you will hear the birds chirping. You are very easy to get to downtown as the nearest stop is only a 2-minute walk away.

Your room includes a shower and a washbasin. Your separate toilet is located one door away.

The waste is separated by residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the premises.
Please only use garbage cans and cosmetics in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them locked in the residual waste can. No sanitary products in the toilet.

Should you experience an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or
Countertops, etc.), we ask you to remove this immediately.

Our home is in a quiet yet very central location in Darmstadt, known for its unique Art Nouveau architecture. The tram is just a short walk away, providing excellent connections. The city center, Mathildenhöhe, and the congress center are all within a 10-minute reach – perfect for anyone looking to explore Darmstadt’s highlights.

I am renting out my former youth room here, as I moved to Frankfurt for my studies. So you'll share the apartment with my loving mother, who is a wonderful host, and my little dwarf Peach.:) However, my old room is all yours. From your room, you can walk to the S-Bahn station in five minutes and are about 15 minutes away from downtown Darmstadt by public transport. Important: There is no TV anymore.

- With public transport you are in 20 minutes in downtown Darmstadt
- You must not have a problem with animals because my little dog Peach also lives in the apartment
