All windows of the apartment, apart from those in the kitchen and bathroom, can be darkened. In addition, the apartment has been equipped with new furniture and renovated. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher, which can save some effort. The nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in about six minutes by car and in 25 minutes in Frankfurt. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is theKirdorferfeld nature reserve, perfectly suitable for walks. However, you can also easily walk to the Salburg or the Herzberg. Shopping facilities are also a five-minute walk. A pharmacy and kiosk are ten minutes walk away.

The space
This beautiful 3 room apartment in a super central location in Bad Homburg has just been newly equipped.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. There is a long hallway with cloakroom from which departs living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with sink, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, hob, extractor hood and many cupboards. There is also a dining area for 4 people.
In the bathroom there is a window, a bathtub, a separate shower, a washbasin and in the adjoining room there is a washing machine and various cleaning utensils.
The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and both equipped with double beds (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers and workplace. The living room is also spacious. Here there is a sofa with table and 2 armchairs as well as a TV with wardrobe.
