Bicycle tours and activities in the surrounding area: If you are planning a bicycle tour, we will be happy to provide you with 2 bicycles (one-off EUR 10.00 per bicycle). If you want to be on the road with mountain bikes, we will organize it for you. There is a well-developed cycle path network in and around Weimar (Ilmradweg to Saaleradweg, Feiniger-Radweg). It is simply wonderful to cycle through the Weimar parks, have a picnic and have a look at castles (Residenzschloss, Tiefurt and Kromsdorf). The Ilm is suitable for canoe tours if the water level is appropriate. Just ask us and we will provide information.

The kitchen is fully equipted and the bathroom is very large. All attractions, restaurants and stores are only five minutes away by foot. In 1997, we established “Lotte,” one of the first vacation apartments in Weimar, which was often fully booked after a short time. In 2006, “Dr. Ritter” was created on the first floor, facing the quiet garden side. Covering 71 m², it features two bedrooms with walk-in closets—one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds. Another option is the very comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame (160 cm) in the living room. This room, with its warm old oak parquet flooring, is 22 m² in size and features a dining area, sitting area, and smart TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with a filter and espresso machine, fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Tableware, cutlery, and glasses are generously provided, and we always keep a supply of organic spices and olive oil fresh. The oil is brought to us by a young farmer friend from Pelion.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and shower screen. A second toilet avoids congestion in the morning.

Our 60 m² apartment is located in a quiet location in Weimar. The apartment, in a newly built building, offers a large living area with a high-quality equipped open kitchen.

Very spacious, bright, tastefully and high-quality furnished vacation apartment on the top floor of an art nouveau villa built around 1900 and last modernized in 2022.

Thomas-Müntzer-Straße is located in the so-called western suburb directly adjacent to the city center. The buildings impress with their richly decorated, lovingly renovated exterior façades with ornate bay windows, turrets and dormers from the Art Nouveau period. Here you really do live like in Weimar and can sleep peacefully at night!

The centrally heated apartment offers approx. 90 sqm of space for up to four adults and one child aged 12 and over. It consists of a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the large, covered balcony. Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area.

A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

The space
The simply furnished apartment has a sleeping/living and dining area (sofa with sleeping function), a small equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and a small bathroom with shower.

A bed topper provides additional sleeping comfort.

We don't provide towels! However, we provide bed linen and some basics (toilet paper and hand soap).

We will gladly provide an ironing board and/or iron, as well as non-standard kitchen appliances, if required and upon request.

The TV does not have a cable connection, but WiFi is available here with all the corresponding functions.

Our apartment/flat on the upper floor with 3 working people (including Marat, Youssef) is located in the most popular and lively district in Weimar, right near the center. The distances from here are short. In five minutes you can walk to the university, Coudraystraße, Goetheplatz, several bars & supermarkets, about a million pharmacies and public transport, as well as the best cake in Weimar, Koriat! The old building district itself is totally beautiful and lively.

The space
The bed can also be easily prepared for 2 people.

Your roommates are Flo, Youssef and Marat. All around 30. Flo is an independent designer. Youssef is a product designer and Marat works as a civil engineer at the research institute. We are a professional apartment share who would like to offer a room on AirBnB. We are all pleasantly quiet and very tidy.

In the room there are plank floors and the ceilings are nice and high. The room is about 13 m² and has two windows facing the quiet courtyard. Due to the two windows, it is pleasantly bright in both summer and winter.

The house was completely renovated a few years ago. There is storage for bicycles in the courtyard and a washing machine with dryer. There is a bathroom (with bathtub) and a kitchen with dishwasher, guest compartments in the fridge and in the large storage rack. Otherwise, all kitchen equipment is free to use.

The apartment is situated in the souterrain of a renovated villa in a calm residential area of Weimar in between Ilmpark and historical cemetery. Cultural sights and nature are equally close, by walking it takes about 10 minutes to city centre and 5 minutes to the park. Nearby is a food store, a bakery and a bus stop.
The apartment has a size of about 40 sqm (400 sqf) and includes a small kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. It contains a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 metres), a bed couch, television, radio and internet access. To the apartment belongs a part of the large garden.
