We also give you tips for the best times to visit the Weimar museums. Or you can take a trip to Erfurt, Jena and Eisenach (also easy to reach by train). You can reach the train station via a well-developed public bus network in Weimar.

Bicycle tours and activities in the surrounding area: If you are planning a bicycle tour, we will be happy to provide you with 2 bicycles (one-off EUR 10.00 per bicycle). If you want to be on the road with mountain bikes, we will organize it for you. There is a well-developed cycle path network in and around Weimar (Ilmradweg to Saaleradweg, Feiniger-Radweg). It is simply wonderful to cycle through the Weimar parks, have a picnic and have a look at castles (Residenzschloss, Tiefurt and Kromsdorf). The Ilm is suitable for canoe tours if the water level is appropriate. Just ask us and we will provide information.

The kitchen is fully equipted and the bathroom is very large. All attractions, restaurants and stores are only five minutes away by foot. In 1997, we established “Lotte,” one of the first vacation apartments in Weimar, which was often fully booked after a short time. In 2006, “Dr. Ritter” was created on the first floor, facing the quiet garden side. Covering 71 m², it features two bedrooms with walk-in closets—one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds. Another option is the very comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame (160 cm) in the living room. This room, with its warm old oak parquet flooring, is 22 m² in size and features a dining area, sitting area, and smart TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with a filter and espresso machine, fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Tableware, cutlery, and glasses are generously provided, and we always keep a supply of organic spices and olive oil fresh. The oil is brought to us by a young farmer friend from Pelion.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and shower screen. A second toilet avoids congestion in the morning.

Our modern apartment "Haus Constantin" is located on the ground floor of probably the oldest house in Weimar - Tiefurt, which was renovated in 1998 in accordance with the monument (single monument).
