The apartment was extensively renovated as part of the building renovation in 2022. A shower room was installed. The clay plaster creates a pleasant indoor climate, especially in summer. The rooms are comfortably furnished. Reading material, TV and Internet connection are available. The kitchen with dining area is well equipped. Fresh herbs grow right in front of the house.

The space
"This small apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, ideal for 2 adults and one child. If necessary, 4 to 6 people can also be accommodated by using a sofa bed and a cot in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bunk bed and a sofa bed. In the living room you will find a fold-out sofa, a baroque cot (1.80 x 80 cm), a small table, a TV and many useful little things.

The bathroom is small but very nicely designed and houses a washbasin, toilet and rain shower. Just in case, there is an additional toilet in the stairwell.

In the cozy kitchen there is everything you need for a modern stay: from the fridge to a coffee machine and a kettle to a stove and dishwasher as well as dishes.

Bella Vita - is a quietly located and lovingly furnished modern apartment in a direct old town location, below the castle. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping.
The modern furnishings and the spacious layout of the apartment with plenty of space to feel good and exceptional amenities with a gym and infrared cabin invite you to take a break.

The space
The apartment has an entrance area with a large dining table. From here you can access the bedroom with a 2x2 m box spring bed and a Bruno armchair bed via a staircase, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and ample storage space. From the entrance area you can access the gym with infrared cabin and through a small hallway into the living room with a Bruno sofa bed 1.60 x 2 m and a sofa bed 1.20 x 2 m, a 65-inch TV and an electric fireplace. Here you have access to the guest toilet, the utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to a gallery, where the fully equipped kitchenette with seating is located. From here, access to the balcony is also possible, which is equipped with a bench, a table and 2 chairs. The associated seat cushions are located in the utility room.
