The space
The 53 m² apartment has just been newly renovated & newly furnished on a large scale. It awaits you with a modern & fresh design and can accommodate 4 guests.
The location is very good - right by downtown Gera:
You can reach the center on foot and quickly, as well as all shops including Gera Arcaden, the Sorge and many restaurants. The cinema is around the corner. In addition, you can look forward to walks in the Schreberweg or to the Ferberturm and are within walking distance of the cultural and congress center or important museums (e.g. Museum für Angewandte Kunst). Right next door there is a wonderful bakery, so breakfast with fresh and delicious rolls is guaranteed.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and comes with a comfortable 1.40 m bed with a high-quality reversible mattress (H4 and H3), a large 55" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, fridge and everything you need.
The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with an extra rain shower so you can freshen up as you like.
Of course, we provide fresh, high-quality towels and bathroom essentials such as shower gel & shampoo as well as hairdryer.
You can start your day with coffee or tea on the balcony and use all the beautiful amenities of this apartment such as the beautiful oak wood table with stylish comfortable chairs, the leather armchair or the couch to enjoy your meal, read a book or just unwind. Enjoy the evening with wonderful colored light sources and the ultra cozy wooden back wall.

Welcome to your very own hideaway: a lovingly furnished, completely secluded cottage – with its own entrance and exclusively private rooms. Here, you don't share anything with other guests. The balcony is also yours only. It is almost secluded and offers the perfect setting for quiet hours – with maximum privacy.
Right next door is a small meadow - simple, natural, dotted with spring flowers. Although this lawn is officially part of the general area, it is used exclusively by you – a quiet place for sunny thoughts.
And in front of the cottage? A sunny seat that is all yours. Whether you want to barbecue, read or just enjoy the sun on your skin – this place is just for you.
Other things to note
Check-in is very straightforward – in person if desired or contactless by phone. The cottage itself is accessible via a modern combination lock. You will receive all the details in good time before your arrival.
In the quiet street right in front of the cottage, there are usually enough public parking spaces available. Although I can't guarantee a fixed parking space, most of the time you can easily find a space in the immediate vicinity.
A great bakery is almost next door, so you can get fresh rolls with your slippers on.
The accommodation is a non-smoking house only. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside – of course with respect for nature.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can also feel completely comfortable in culinary terms. Bed linens, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay is of course included.

In the spring, you will experience a very special natural spectacle around the cottage – small flowers bloom in the meadow, it buzzes and smells wonderful. A quiet, charming place, perfect for breathing deeply.
