- "I love the property, everything was excellent " - "We had a great one night stay. The sofa bed for the kids weren’t great but other than that everything was good. " - "Chosen for the pictures on the website, I had not understood correctly that this was truly a 'resort' - my bad I suppose. I was allocated a ground floor apartment quite a way from the hotel reception, which proved a little hard to find. Upon entering, I was not enamoured with the long shape of the room, nor by the many floor to ceiling windows, all of which looked out on a shared terrace area, where smokers meant I could not even open the windows on a hot afternoon. In addition, the air-con was not working. I waited for 30 minutes, without unpacking to see if the air-con could be fixed but it couldn't. I therefore left the room and went back to reception to demand a new room. I was allocated a disabled room in the main hotel, which was much better and I decided I could deal with the 'disabled features' of the room. I requested a kettle and a cup on 2 separate occasions and was finally delivered these. I opted for the buffet evening meal but, to be honest, I was shocked at the cost (€40) for the assortment and quality given. This was not worth it. After retiring to my room I noticed that there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner of the high-ceilinged room but I was just too exhausted to complain about this too. The air-con in this room was also only mediocre. Wi-Fi was an OK speed, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast the next morning was a massive 'free for all' and not that good. I won't choose to stay here again."

A bit of a walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) when I arrived, as I didn't know the tram system and which top to get off. - "Very nice but missing coffee making facility in room" - "I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. This was not mentioned in the welcome letter, and when I raised it at reception, the staff shrugged and unhelpfully suggested trying the top floor for a signal. Additionally, mobile reception was poor, and I often had to sit in a dark corridor on the third-floor conference area to connect and work. The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience. When I emailed to raise these issues, I received a handwritten note advising me to speak with reception. However, the house manager was never available when I attempted to follow up. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location in Rhinesberg, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were wonderful. However, my experience was further soured at checkout when the receptionist insisted I pay, despite having prepaid through Hotels.com. I ended up only paying the city tax, plus €5 per night for parking, which felt unreasonable given the lack of key amenities. I won’t be returning; prior notice of such disruptions, or a sincere apology, would have gone a long way."

- "We were visiting Berlin for a couple of days, but had our flight back to Boston from Hamburg and were looking for a place to stay a bit closer to Hamburg. We booked the hotel at about 10 pm while still in Berlin. The hotel was slightly over 1.5 hrs north of Berlin. After a pleasant experience boking via Orbitz, we called the hotel to inform we will be arriving late. Unfortunately, I was not able to communicate in German. After a couple of attempts, I texted arrival time using google translate. After we took the exit off A24, we had to travel deserted road for a few miles (it was almost midnight). Barring just a couple of cars that passed by there were no signs of life. With my wife and 15 year old child, I was a bit concerned where I was headed to. It was very quite all around when we arrived at the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number, which was apparently forwarded to the owners number. We got up in the morning and enjoyed the breakfast and headed to Hamburg airport. The hotel had a very nice backyard with a colorful fishes swimming in a pond. We rent a holiday apartment with love and passion in a more than 120 years old parsonage in Katerbow. Katerbow is our small village near Neuruppin. It is surrounded by forests, fields and meadows with cows, horses and sheep. In autumn, many migratory birds gather on the Katerbower See, which is also a popular angler's paradise. However, this is only partially suitable for swimming.

In our garden our 3 cats are sunbathing. Blackbird and robin singing. And our chickens find some worms,,,

- "We came for a long weekend in winter. The apartment is super cozy and cute and everything needed is there. Anke and Ressi even lit the tiled stove for us, which was really nice! If you freeze easily I would recommend asking in advance to heat the apartment before your arrival, because warming up the place takes a while... However, from the moment it's warm, it stays like that for long :) Any time we had questions, Anke and Ressi were available and helped very quickly if needed - they are very kind and great hosts, which cannot be taken for granted and we really appreciated that! In the area around are many places for taking a walk in nature or to hike and Neuruppin, the biggest place in the area, is also not too far, for buying food or for eating out. Great place, highly recommend!"

Here you can enjoy relaxing weekends or holidays in beautiful nature and if you feel like it, you can be in Potsdam in twenty minutes, the royal seat of the kings of Prussia is always worth a trip, or in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

Werder has a regional train connection, without changing you are in about 35 minutes in the hustle and bustle of the capital at Berlin Central Station.

Our house is located in a quiet and idyllic residential area just 1 minute from the city forest. The property is not completely fenced, dog owners should pay attention to it.

The house has space for at least four people. The place of residence has various supermarkets, bakers, butchers, hairdressers, physiotherapy etc. We also have two parking spaces on the property.
