You walk in to a pleasing smell and wide opening reception area. Our room was on the 4th floor, the lifts are easy and quick. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and the facilities available are easily enjoyed. In the room you have all the things you’ll need, good quality washing products and very powerful hair dryer. The drink making selection was vast and the fridge is a great size. Plenty of plug sockets around the room and lighting is good. The WiFi access is super quick, no sign up or password needed. The most impressive thing is the hotels location, if you are new to Berlin and want to explore, I highly recommend staying here as it is walking distance to some of the most popular museums and tourist visits as well as close to great restaurants and bars. Being so close to the S-Bahn is also a massive attraction. The only negative for me is the basic duvet and pillows which come with the room are thin and small. But you can request further pillows from the staff and any problems you may have, the staff will be sure to deal with them with speed and class. Overall the hotel is very high standard and you cannot go wrong with booking this. "
