- "The “hotel” is attached to a training centre, so was difficulty to find as could not see signs for Am Kai Hotel. I finally found the entrance and was given my keys to the room. The rooms are amazing, lovely size, very clean and the best shower I’ve ever had, breakfast the following morning as varied from normal European breakfast but also a full English fried breakfast, which was constantly refilled. Plenty of juices and coffee to drink. There are not places nearby for food/drinks nearby, but I bought items from the train station to eat so no problem for me. I will definitely use the hotel again as it was within walking distance for the local train station (Rostock Marienehe) and the place I was visiting. "

Family-friendly apartment on the Warnowufer in the countryside with terrace and garden

Beautiful non-smoking holiday apartment (50 sqm) in an outbuilding on the spacious property. Separate entrance via the private, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities as well as a view of the garden.

Other things to note
The Hanseatic and university town of Rostock is subject to a spa tax. This is collected throughout the city of Rostock, including the lake resorts of Warnemünde, Diedrichshagen, Markgrafenheide and Hohe Düne. With the spa tax, you as a guest contribute to the preservation and development of the local tourist infrastructure to provide tourist facilities, services and events for your stay.
Any non-resident persons who are staying for recreation and have the option to use the services offered are subject to the taxpayer tax.
The amount of the spa tax is regulated in the current statutes of the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock for the collection of the spa tax (as of 06/21/2023; Entry: 09/01/2023). The spa tax is charged all year round. Arrival and departure day for overnight guests will be charged as two days of stay. It is due in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival for the duration of the stay.
For overnight guests, the spa tax is €3,70 per day, in case of a discount €1,45.
If you work in Rostock or attend a conference, meeting or team event of your employer, stay for business reasons and are not subject to a spa tax.

Our approx. 40 sqm small annex is fully equipped with sofa bed for two, shower/toilet, complete kitchen and dining area and desk. It is lockable with private access to the garden and terrace. The rooms are with a gallery, quiet, bright and friendly. The accommodation is not far from the Rostock center. Tram and bus are easily accessible in max. 6 minutes. Free parking is in front of the door. Surroundings are green, the Warnow and city harbor in walking distance.

The space was extensively renovated in 2022.

The rooms are big and equipped with a clear design concept.
Industrial elements have been combined with oak furniture.
The modern coloring of the space with a combination of petrol and gold highlights is definitely something for the eyes.

Each of our rooms has a Nespresso coffee machine, large 4k-Ambilight TVs, Netflix accounts, a fridge, a safe and sufficient storage facilities for clothes.

With cozy mattresses, the king-size beds offer just the right place to recharge after a busy day's vacation.

Our bathrooms are tiled in a modern terrazzo style.
All accessories are made from natural stone.
If you are still a little tired in the morning, you can get fit for the day in our large rain shower.
The RGB spots installed in the shower give a pleasant feel-good light.

In addition to the access to the accommodation, you have the opportunity to stay in our breakfast room.

Here we serve an extensive á la carte breakfast between 8:00 - 10:00, which in addition to rolls and egg dishes, also offers vegetarian options.
Breakfast can be booked after booking for €12 per person per night as an additional service.

Other things to note
Since we know how difficult the parking situation in Warnemünde is, we offer our guests a parking space in the parking garage by the Molenfeuer.
We are happy to offer it at a reasonable price of €10 per night.
Please note that the vehicles are allowed to have a maximum height of 2.10 m to enter the parking garage.

The 2-room apartment, 45m² with balcony or terrace is located directly next to the hotel. It is suitable for up to 3 people, has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a shower/toilet.
Included are the utilities such as gas, water, electricity, laundry package and final cleaning (no daily cleaning)
The price includes the breakfast buffet, the use of the wellness area with swimming pool in the hotel, Wi-Fi and the free parking lot at the house.
