The room is located in the 2nd floor of an old building in the historic Deichstraße, right in the heart of old city. From here you can reach all important places in Hamburg very quickly. The Speicherstadt, the Elbphilharmonie and the harbor are a stone's throw away. Alster and Rathaus are also around the corner and can be reached by train in four minutes. In front of the door you have direct access to the subway, from where you can very quickly reach all venues, the trade fair congress center, the airport and the university. Paid parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a supermarket, various restaurants, bistros and cafes. Look at the fantastic location that couldn't be more central and Hanseatic.

Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster.
A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away.

Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room.
One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed.
