I truly enjoyed the sauna, the pool and all the amenities offered." - "I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. I arrived in Warnemunde at 2:30 in the morning, where there was staff able to open the door and check me in. The room was adequate with plenty of electric outlets to charge up my gear. In my short stay for less than five hours, I managed to walk around the complex and drive around the quiet neighborhood. Although I left before breakfast was served, the dining area did look ready for guests to dine on a continental breakfast. Parking was ample and I landed a spot right next to the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who did something similar to my purpose in town: To meet cruise passengers stopping in Warnemunde Cruise Center. Along the short drive from the property to the cruise center, there was a gas station and a McDonalds to fuel up for a trip to Berlin or grab a quick bite beforehand. "

Other than that, it is a nice hotel, though even in +21 weather the room was starting to feel a little stuffy, necessitating having the windows wide open for much of the evening. With the next door forest being rich in mosquitos, this is not the best combination. Would not stay in the middle of summer. Some of the staff had limited English skills, but once we were past that, they were helpful enough in their matter-of-fact style of service. Location's good with the bus stops right outside, the room clean, etc, so the basics are all there."

50 m away is the forest path, through which you can reach the coastal forest and the Baltic Sea beach - here you can walk or cycle extensively at the healthy Baltic Sea air. We rent out simple three-way bicycles (for adults) for a fee.

Our beach section belongs to the nature reserve and therefore a mixed stone sand beach. We recommend bringing swimming shoes and a beach shell with you. In 1.5km there is the west beach beach with beach chairs as well as surf-u. sup rental.

The free parking is opposite the hotel.

Our beach hotel is located directly on the wide sandy beach of Warnemünde. From here you have everything in view: the lighthouse, the sea, the beach. We thoroughly renovated our hotel, completely redesigned and only opened it at the end of last year. We take pride in our guests' very positive feedback.
