- "Wonderful hotel by the Baltic Sea. I truly enjoyed the sauna, the pool and all the amenities offered." - "I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. - "Considering the hotel's distance from what I consider big cities in Germany, I found the hotel to be a charming spot close to the Baltic Sea. I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. I arrived in Warnemunde at 2:30 in the morning, where there was staff able to open the door and check me in. The room was adequate with plenty of electric outlets to charge up my gear. In my short stay for less than five hours, I managed to walk around the complex and drive around the quiet neighborhood. Although I left before breakfast was served, the dining area did look ready for guests to dine on a continental breakfast. Parking was ample and I landed a spot right next to the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who did something similar to my purpose in town: To meet cruise passengers stopping in Warnemunde Cruise Center. Along the short drive from the property to the cruise center, there was a gas station and a McDonalds to fuel up for a trip to Berlin or grab a quick bite beforehand. "
