Our new apartment in the attic of our privately run hotel is located in the heart of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is an ideal starting point to discover the land of 1000 lakes, castles & manor houses as well as endless beaches. The location on the edge of the historic old town is perfect Shopping is available in the immediate surroundings. But in the hotel there is also a very good restaurant with an honest, seasonal and regional cuisine, where you can also have an excellent breakfast.

The space
As a special feature of our apartment, each room has its own internal bathroom with shower and toilet as well as TV. The living room with combined kitchen has a wonderful view of the castle garden and the old town. The kitchen is fully equipped and if something is missing, we are immediately helpful. In two rooms, even an extra bed would be possible for an extra bed, e.g. for a child. One dog is also allowed on request. The house is largely accessible and two elevators are provided

Guest access
The reception of our hotel is staffed 24 hours. The separate apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached via a private entrance. Through the main entrance there is also the possibility to use elevators. In addition to the apartment, all other rooms of the hotel are of course also available to you, such as foyer with bar and terrace, games room for the little ones, restaurant, sauna (for a fee), bicycle cellar, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

Hygiene has always been a top priority at the Hotel am Schlosspark. In order to meet the current situation, the hygiene guidelines have been tightened further and all framework conditions have been changed to ensure maximum safety for guests and employees at the hotel am Schlosspark in Güstrow.

• All employees have received intensive training on the necessary hygiene guidelines
• All employees with cold symptoms must stop work immediately
• All cleaning work is intensified
• Every gathering of people is avoided and the distance requirement of at least 1.50 is strictly adhered to
• All employees have received three mouth-nose protectors (washable)
• Whenever the minimum distance cannot be maintained, employees wear mouth-nose protection
• Installed at all entrances, on the elevators and in front of the public toilets at the entrance of the disinfectant dispenser.

• Our foyer is a large, ventilated area,
• Wearing a mouth/nose guard is recommended
• The waiting areas have been divided with spacer bands with a minimum distance of 1.50, as well as a sign "Please keep your distance".
