Your place is right in the middle of downtown Rostock in the popular student district of KTV. 2 stops by tram or 10 minute walk and you are on the shopping street Rostocks. The S-Bahn stop, where you come directly to the Baltic Sea, is a 5-minute walk. Bars, restaurants, exceptional little shops, art and culture is all around the corner. Opposite is a large park that invites you to walk or jog.

The space
You have your own 12 square meter room in the converted attic of the house. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests. The hot water for the shower is still controlled by an automatic machine. The 20 cent coins are ready for you once per person per night. The kitchen was renovated in May 2024. Now there is also a washing machine that you can use. Kettle, tea, and coffee are ready for you. Currently, a cat lives in the hallway with a student. Every now and then, it runs across the hallway. She is very sweet and loves to be petted. Although, of course, she does not come into your room, it is probably an important note for allergy sufferers. Since the soft mattress was not optimal for some guests, it was changed to a new 7-zone medium hard mattress (H3) on June 30, 2024.

The property is 5 km away from the seaside resort of Warnemünde. It has 1 bedroom, 1 daylight shower room and 2 terraces, and is located on the second floor of the terraced house. The entire top floor is only available for the guests. Therefore, privacy for the guests can be well guaranteed, although my family of three also lives under the roof. The kitchen on the first floor can be shared by guests at any time.

Quiet rooms with flowery courtyard to relax, in the city of Rostock, in the Kröpeliner Tor suburb. The old town, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema, the theater, the city harbor, the train station and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.
