This beautiful, designer family farm at Holiday Resort "De Vlindervallei" was built with traditional elements, such asa thatched roof, oak rafters, and barn doors. With a beautiful spacious garden for hours of fun on the lawn and a long outdoor table to enjoy meals.

On the first floor, you will find the large living room and kitchen. The living room has a luxurious giant lounge sofa and television. Deze woning staat in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. In de omgeving is fietsen, wandelen en paardrijden erg aantrekkelijk en rustgevend. Er zijn diverse wandel-, fiets- mtb-, en ruiterpaden in de directe omgeving.
Het knusse huisje biedt plaats aan maximaal 4 personen.
Het huisje is voorzien van c.v. en een houtkachel. De warme inrichting, met veel hout en glas in de woonkamer en slaapkamers (10 en 8 m2), bieden een prettige sfeer. Er zijn twee comfortabele banken en een mooie tv. Een badkamer met wastafel, douche en een apart toilet zijn van nette basiskwaliteit.
In de ruime, vrijliggende en mooi aangelegde tuin met vijver staan ligstoelen en een mooie loungeset. Ook staat er een separate eettafel met 5 stoelen. Totale oppervlakte van het perceel is ongeveer 450 m2. Het huisje is geheel gelijkvloers en ongeveer 75 m2.
Hout voor de houtkachel is exclusief. Wifi is aanwezig. Fietsen kunnen op aanvraag gehuurd worden.
Verder vindt u in de buurt het gezellige centrum van Ermelo. De andere kant op het bruisende Harderwijk, waar niet alleen de nieuwe boulevard, de Vischmarkt en het centrum een bezoekje waard zijn, maar ook het fraai gelegen strandeiland met Walhalla. Hier kunt u in een soort buitenlandse sfeer genieten van een hapje, drankje en bij helder weer een prachtige zonsondergang. Richting het oosten ligt Kasteel Staverden, bij het kleinste stadje van Nederland (Staverden). Hier vindt u o.a. de eeuwenoude en locaal beroemde witte pauwen, een giant Sequoia-boom en de brasserie. Deze is ook zeker een aanrader voor een hapje en drankje.
Steden zoals Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort en Zwolle liggen allemaal binnen maximaal een uurtje autorijden van Ermelo. Zo is Ermelo een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei verschillende activiteiten!

He had provided tea, coffee and various condiments for our arrival. The bungalow is located in a small private residential area with a private garden enclosed with high hedges. There is a fish pond and a good supply of garden furniture. The property is light and airy and is very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There is private off-road parking and good wi-fi connection. Ermelo is a pleasant small town and the property is well-situated for travelling to other attractive towns and villages such as Elburg. An ideal location for walking and cycling. A very peaceful place which we will definitely visit again when in the area."
