- "Very nice hotel, unique old building converted into accommodation. The owners were very welcoming. We asked for a meal in advance and they had one prepared for our arrival and the fire lit in the lounge" - "We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund as they were fed up. It is surprising looking at the past reviews - maybe this is a recent problem."

- "Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea he was to expect us ( he hadn’t checked his emails that day) but we’d had our confirmation email! . The room hadn’t been prepared at all. The proprietor was very embarrassed by the situation but he was helpful and courteous. He did prepare the room adequately , it was clean and tidy and we did have a good nights sleep apart from people talking outside our window. The b&b decor was very ‘different’ , a very eclectic taste but not for us unfortunately . Expedia need to be very careful about their descriptions- the location in particular here was very disappointing as we had wanted a rural location. The rest of the issues just added to the debacle."

- "Perfectly located, well equipped. Would stay again" - "The apartment was open, very nice, comfortable and it was right downtown and easy walking distance to the main square. There is no reception and Jennifer met us at the door and she was very nice. Two issues: The front entrance is awful with several phallic symbols painted on the walls and a homeless person slept there the two nights we stayed. A fresh coat of paint and some lights are advised. Also there is no elevator -- not a big deal for us but it should be noted that there is a steep climb if you are on the top floors."

- "Pro's: - Large clean and very nice layout. - Good location. - Great for those going to party. Con's - We were left ouside the accomodation for an hour with no access to get inside (there is no reception area). Tired and with an upset family (with Kids), I found the little a4 paper on the premisis with the phone number but it did not work. The only way we got in was after an hour phone call to expedia who finally go the entrance code for us. Expedia rep tried to blame me saying I was at fault for booking on the day! - Poor communication from booking as no entrance passcode was emailed - The walls have poor sound insulation and must be made from plasterboard. We could here every noise from the adjacent appartments. Even though we stayed midweek (a Tuesday night) the whole building was noisey with young party animals who would return 2-3 am. - No A/C it gets very hot and if you open windows you hear the hustle and bustle of party life. The fans provided do not help with the heat but they were very uselful to drown out background noise."
