Our only problem was the tv didn't work, we don't know why, something about the signal being down. The owner could not figure out the problem over the phone. I welcome you to my house located in a quiet and peaceful place, between woods and pastures, 1 kilometer from the center of one of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia. The village is surrounded by marked walks. The house is 7 km from Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. I want you to have a relaxing time, in connection with nature and in a warm environment, where the living is good.

The space
You will occupy one of the two Guest Bedrooms. They are both equipped with one queen bed. You will find the essentials for tea or coffee. I provide bath towels and towels.

The bedroom has a sink. The bathroom will be shared with any occupants of the second bedroom.

For cyclists, you will have a room to keep your bikes safe and a watering hole to clean them.

You will undoubtedly see the cat of the house.

I welcome you with pleasure to my house, which is 250m from the Barvaux train station, to enjoy the apartment that I have arranged upstairs.

Everything is upstairs in my house. The entrance is through the house but this does not prevent you from having the privacy of a real apartment.

Around twenty board games are available in the apartment. More on demand.

The space
Newly renovated bedroom, living-dining room connected to the kitchen.
Sofa bed in the living room. Shower room with toilet (a small hallway separates them from the bedroom and living room). This is on the first floor of my house.
I live on the ground floor.

Bed linen and towels can be provided by yourself. They can be made available for an extra fee.

Studio on the ground floor completely independent in a detached house with 4 facades. It has direct access to the garden with a private terrace furnished with tables, armchairs, sun loungers and barbecue. The garden gives direct access to the banks of the Ourthe for beautiful walks or for fishing or swimming.
Kayak and bicycle rental can be done 300 m away.
The train station is 500 m away, Durbuy old town 8 km away.
The shops are less than 500m.

The space
Spacious studio (30m²) with a veranda overlooking the garden which makes it very bright.
Access is very easy: there are no steps. People with reduced mobility are therefore welcome.
In the living room, the very comfortable sofa is convertible and turns into a 160 cm wide double bed. Previous travelers tell me to insist on the comfort of this bed !!

Television, radio, CD and wifi.
The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave.
The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub with shower (not disabled).
There is also a washing machine.
The terrace with stone table and armchairs also benefits from a barbecue. Another wooden table with benches is available.
The car can be parked in the garden in front of the studio.

Other things to note
For stays of 7 days or more, the amount claimed for cleaning will be 45 €.

L'annexe 2.0. After a short stop, some renovations we offer you this quiet place. Exterior still requires some finishes. Privacy and relaxation is important. Thanks to a private entrance, private garden, private kitchen, bathroom, parking, living space, you are completely independent and manage your own time. Good food is what the region stands for. Hiking, nature, sports, adventure, or what history is also on your menu. Your pet is also welcome. Please give me a signal first.

The building is divided into 2 parts. 1 private area and a private guest apartment. In Barvaux-sur-ourthe, a sub-municipality of the city of Durbuy.

This cosy chalet is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Ardennes on a stone's throw from Durbuy. Completely free between bushes, yet with a sunny balcony/terrace. You may also use the facilities of the park such as a swimming pool, restaurant, children’s playground, bbq places, sportfields etc.

The space
The location is unique: high upon the hill and yet easily accessible, and with own parking spot.
At the ground floor there’s the kitchen (with dishwasher), dinner table, Livingroom and a children’s corner. The bathroom and the toilet are also on this floor. Upstairs is the sleeping area.
The whole chalet can be heated with central heating, but for a cosy atmosphere there is also a heater with visual fire (on gas). A day bad weather? No problem: digital TV, DVDs and CDs are available. And WIFI for free.

Guest access
You have full access to the chalet; it’s completely for yourself. The neighbour houses are on quite some distance because the terrain is 700 m2 and the cottage is completely surrounded by green. You can walk straight into the forest for a nice walk in the area. Except for the chalet, you can also use various facilities of a bungalow park, such as an indoor swimming pool, children playing fields, basketball court, tennis court (to rent per hour), bbq spots, pit-pat (billiards golf), cosy and affordable eatery, take away pizza and french fries, bar and terrace. There is also a laundry building where you can use the washing machines and dryers (paid).

Other things to note
Gas/water/electricity, wifi, touristtax and 6% VAT are included in the price. In the "cleaningcosts" are included: the final cleaning of the chalet, the service and facilities of the holidaypark and the sheets (all the obligated costs).
