Our room was large enough for 3 adults, the kitchen was very well equipped. The breakfast was nice with many options but at $16.50 Euro we passed on that many days. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. very friendly and very helpful. one of them spend 1/2 hour with me trying to work out new years eve transportation logistics when the public transport was shut down. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not need to be close to the city center or who does not mind a 20 minute ride to center. not recommended for people who need frequent access to their room during the day. - "The front desk reception was very helpful. We were provided with a map and several recommended public transportation lines to get to museums and tourist destinations. The location is in a residential neighborhood, not quite as busy as downtown. The area is scenic, water is on either side of Oostenburgergracht. There are groceries within walking distance, a bus stop just in front of the hotel and a tram within a few minutes walking distance. Central station was 10-15 minutes by bus and Rijksmuseum was easily accessible by tram. "

- "The apartment are spacious, clean and include all that is required for self catering. The coffee machine was very useful. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the location ideal for visiting the various tourist attractions. We walked everywhere but there is a bus/tram stop a few minutes walk from the apartment. Check-in was easy and the receptionist very knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged a free taxi to take us from the check-in desk to the actual apartment which was just a few minutes ride away. This was very much appreciated after a long journey. We had a ground floor apartment with the lounge window overlooking the canal. I would recommend these apartments. "
