The apartment is self catering, but would expect to find a little bit of toilet roll or soap or even washing up liquid or a dish cloth to be able to clean up after ourselves? Other places we have stayed have left a small welcome pack of essentials, but here was nothing. On the plus side the bedding provided was clean and fresh, the beds and sofas comfy and the carpet clean. "

The stairs are fairly steep and the fire door at the bottom of the stairs, has a notice on it requesting it to be kept locked. The outside has a fenced off junk area which can be seen from the apartment windows. Outside in the carpark, there were a number of stored caravans vans and catering trailers. This apartment was a huge let down!"

Finally, i was a little worried it would be noisy as our room was at the foot of the stairs but no noise at all. 👍"

Hello you have full access to every room in my house local supermarket is 10 min walk away the beach is 25 min walk. I love chatting and learning about where you are from but at the same time if you prefer to have your space I’m happy with that.

Own twin room in modern home 5 mins walk from the sea. Situated close to shops lovely cafe take aways and other local amenities. 4 mins from a boutique hotel with bars and restaurant with sea views and one of the best unspoilt beaches and prom in the area.
20 min walk from JPH so ideal for NHS staff.
Quiet room with double bed and workspace.
Wildlife garden to rear.
Shared kitchen and bathroom, but not lounge.
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Guests have to pass through the lounge to enter the property but the lounge remains my private space.

You have a double room with twin bed workspace and a large window, the room is west facing so gets light from 11am to sunset, it is also at the rear of the property so quiet overlooking my wildlife garden.
You have use of the dining room ( when not set up as a studio ( I am keen photographer)

Use of kitchen, fridge the top shelf is for your usage, oven ,microwave, there’s a designated cupboard for your dry foods, and a set of plates bowls cutlery etc marked with an apple. Pots and pans are to left and right of cooker.
Bathroom , the cupboard over toilet has the bottom shelf inside for your usage. Marked with an apple ,with overbath shower,

I ask the lounge be kept my private space.

I would ask that between 05:00 and 05:45 the kitchen and bathroom are not used as this is the time I am getting myself ready for work and run quite a tight time scale, I like every last min of sleep lol.

I have pets, all are securely contained, though some how their live food occasionally escape. I have a spider called Gandolf

laundry drying would be garden line or the clothes horse in your room.
