I did get skepticle with the odd bad review on this website so i called them to which the lady answered all my questions without an issue... me my wife and 2 kids were really pleased with the 8 berth caravan provided it was the same as my mother in law has at tattershall lakes, which is quite modern. It was clean to a decent standard (a lot better than i expected after reading the bad reviews) We booked very last minute, which was around 5:30pm, i called the phone number provided, the lady on the other end answered all my questions and text me what i had to do next to pay the damage deposit, once paid we got all the info via the email i provided with the key code for the key safe... was a smooth process and will be using these guys again! This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double glazed holiday home that is moments walk from the popular Fantasy Island and sited on Coral Beach.

Spacious enough for a gathering of 6 people, providing a home from home feel yet perfect for a smaller family to languish and enjoy a 'Seaside Escape'.

We want you to enjoy our holiday home ( ok it's a caravan ! ) as much as we do so you should find pretty much everything you need.

Van is NOT pet friendly sadly our Fur Babies need to stay at home.

The space
There is one double bedroom with a lush, comfy mattress and plump pillows perfect for a great nights sleep after a busy day at the Theme Parks, Amusements or simply building sand~castles on the beach ! Ample space to hang and pack your clothes away with decent wooden hangers throughout and bedside tables perfect to place your brew or a glass of your finest and that holiday novel you've been itching to read. Snuggle down in the lush bedding and ....relax !!

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, with a beside table and wardrobe ~ great storage space. These beds could if required be made into a double bed for your convenience.

Bedroom 3 again provides 2 single beds with a bedside table, wardrobe and an extra double cupboard perfect to pop away all of the kid clothes.

A double sofa bed in the lounge ( which is an easy one to pull out, nothing complicated for you to worry about on this holiday ! ) this is the final touch to the sleeping arrangements and perfect for the extended family.

The caravan is well equipped with everything you could need with a freeview flat screen TV which has a built in DVD player, so bring the kids fave DVD's & peace & quiet for a moment at least !!

The kitchen has all mod cons and everything is brand new from the cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots & pans to the microwave, toaster, kettle ( and a spare hob top kettle ?! The electric has never cut out yet but just in case at least you can still get a brew from the gas cooker !! )

All of the extras like a hoover, iron, ironing board, mops, buckets and more are all there should you need them.

You'll also find playing cards, board games, buckets & spades !!

You are welcome to use the car park at the rear of the property. The apartment has a kitchen area (with an oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle). Bedding and toilet paper is provided but please bring your own towels.
